Come on guys, what is going on? This is really unacceptable. I understand that maybe yesterday no one picked up on this, as it was Sunday, but this must have top priority.

Apologies for the somewhat delayed reply.

This was indeed escalated as soon as it came to our attention that something was going on.

This should indeed be fixed now (since a few days already actually).
