Battlefield 1 Freezing&Crashing

Battlefield 1 freezes within 2 minutes of connecting to the servers and has no response. I've never had such a problem before. I have not been able to find a proper solution for this issue on the forums. I would appreciate your help with this. If the solution is not found, I will have to return the game.
