I am sorry but EA Answer HQ dog tag you can not just get, you need to work hard on this and take long time.

Best bet is to just forget about that one.... there are like 230 other dog tags to focus on.... the answers hero is a tough one to achieve.... if u are interested in an awesome tag u can get semi - instantly, check out the Easter egg dog tag..."the Charles Masterman" dog tag.... this is the dog tag u should be focusing on... (along with the other easier tags)
