BAN FUNCTION - NOT WORKING - BATTLEFIELD 1 [ Edited ]

Hey 

HELP!!!!

I have two private rented servers in Battlefield 1 for PC.
One server is working fine. The other one has a problem. 

I am having problems with the "BAN" function as admin. It's a new thing. Earlier I didn't have this issue. I can use the ban option, but when I ban a player he just get kicked. After the BAN/KICK he just re-join.

I talked to EA support. They told me to post my problem here in this forum. They are telling me that they don't have the tool, to support rented servers since August 2019 

I added EA's answer. And a screenshot that tells me the player has been kicked (And not banned as I want him to be)

It can't be right that EA offer players to rent servers. But you can't support them. 
I need you guys to fix this. (EA) 
It's a old game and the servers are not cheap to rent.

We need answers! You don't take rent for servers and then stop maintaining all basic functions.

This is outrageous - Paying for a server and not being able to ban cheats is really poor and its needs to be fixed asap. you should expect support / help as part of the service you are paying for!  Come on EA get this sorted.

ps: just for info: new clan members for platoons is also not working. Even if people click on represent it still doesnt show their tags in-game.

Hey @NICKyBWOI

Can you check the Ban List for the Server you have rented, and make sure it's not full?

There shouldn't be a Cap on Bans that I'm aware of, but it doesn't hurt to double check.

Thx for your answer. 
Arround 70 players are banned. So it's not full. If only it was that.

Have you tried removing a couple of them, and try banning the current players that you're having problems with?
