存檔問題

我兩三年沒有玩這個遊戲，我一個多月前要玩但以前的存檔都不見了可以幫助我嗎？不然退我在這個遊戲花的錢也可以。

Hey there!

EA Answers HQ currently does not support your language at the moment. This however are the English forums so feel free to re-post this in English or use a translator if needed. Additionally in the above left corner of the page is a language change option. Click the English icon and you will see other supported languages that are also available in case you know some of those.

Will be locking this thread now but again feel free to re-post if needed. Also, this is a board for AHQ site type questions, if you are looking for some game in specific find its category under the "All Boards" menu also in the above left corner of the site.
