Wrong error message when sending PM

A while ago I was going to send a PM and I got this message:

You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

After some digging I figured out that I got this message because my recipient had disabled private messages, not because I had reached some "limit". Maybe this was just a temporary bug, I don't know, but it might be worth looking into as it made me go panicking for the wrong reason

You get this if someone has disabled the messages.

It would be better if another message came, such as. Your receiver has disabled PM setting, it's a bit confused the whole thing

@CMeki Can you let me know the name of the user you were trying to PM at the time?
Also, were you generally sending a lot of private messages around the time?

Hi Nils!
It was Liz (above), and she had PM's inactivated at that time!
I had sent one other PM the same day, and maybe one or two per day the three days before!

Edit: As Liz said, maybe the error message could be changed
