EA Access Newsletters - STOP SENDING ME SPAM!

Hi

I was told by an advisor to post here - here it goes....

For several months I have been trying to unsubscribe to EA Newsletters.

I have used the unsubscribe-link in the email, and a couple of times I have used the Google-unsubscribe-link.

I have checked my account - https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/privacy/index - I have unsubscribed to everything.

EA / Origin...

STOP SENDING ME SPAM!

Please delete my account if possible.

Here's how to contact someone from EA help:

Go here to contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

• In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
• Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
• Choose your platform
• Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
• Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!

Simply mark the email as spam and it will automatically go to your spam inbox and you will not see it.

Having the exact same problem here 2 years later. Way to go EA!!!

I have actually been directed to this page by the EA help line, who besides sending me this link has been absolutely useless. Talking to 4 different people, who all says (copy/paste) the same useless stuff like, go to products and do this, go to contact this and contact that, and untick everything.

Nothing helps.

2 years later - same thing. Why do you make unsibscribe links if they don't work? This non-stopping spam turns me to the PES side even more.

Today I get: Origin Supersale all week – save up to 75%

I have pressed unsubscribe numerous times through the newsletters I've received, and I still keep getting the e-mails. Please unsubscribe me NOW.

Same for me, I've used the so called unsubscribe and I still get the useless emails, I didn't ask for em and I don't want em! so stop sending them, also I can't find a way to get to either send a email or live chat, I just go around in circles not that I expect ea to take any notice

Same here i keep getting these stupid emails after unsubscribing like 20 times already and writing to ea help 2 times. Unsubscribe me from these spam emails!!!
