Hi Everyone

while I can't give any individual help, make sure you fulfill the following requirements

1. You need access to the actual beta
2. You need to use the same account you're using for the beta on AHQ. If you logged in with an account you don't have beta access on, log in with a different one
3. Make sure you have logged into the game. You won't have access before you do that.
4. If it still doesn't work, log out of AHQ and log back in.
5. If it STILL doesn't work, please post again and a CM will take a look.
