I remember reading something about this, how sometimes the level stay the same for a few days then it will update. Can someone please confirm this? Have a great day everyone, and thanks in advance!

@TTSBurrell Hey, in this case there's actually a bug with the progression display. The tracker overly weights a certain kind of progression gain and shows some folks as further along than they are. 

Also in some cases accounts might have suspicious activity and their XP won't count (as a way to avoid progression manipulation). If one of these accounts gave you XP this can skew things.
