Star Wars Squadrons gone from my Libary

I got Star Wars Squadrons through the Twitch Prime Key. I played it a few times and now i wanted to play it again but its completly gone from my Libary.
To mention i had EA Play at that moment but i 100% activated the key. After that ran out my game was gone. 
I asked the EA Support directly who just said it wasnt there problem i should contact Twitch Support - Twitch Support said the same and i shoud contact EA Support. 
So how do i get my game back now ?
