BUG: Mysterious portal in the town hall is permanently reset [ Bearbeitet ]

I would like to report a bug that affects the mysterious portal in the town hall, the mysterious portal has been active again since yesterday. However, it permanently sets the time back to 9 days 23:59:57 so the boxes do not renew and it is not worth using the portal. Can someone please help me with this problem?
