A Way Out startet nicht / A Way Out is not running [ Bearbeitet ]

Hallo Community,

ich habe ein Problem mit A Way Out.

Mein Problem: Wenn ich A Way Out starten möchte, klicke ich in Origin auf "spielen"...Origin synchronisiert mit der Cloud...nach ein paar Sekunden minimiert sich Origin und ein paar weitere Sekunden später wird Origin wieder groß und das Spiel startet nicht
Im Task Manager wird das Spiel kurz als Unterprozess von Origin angezeigt...nach dem versuchten Start des Spiels wird mein Status in Origin auf "Im Spiel A Way Out" gesetzt...

Diese Lösungen habe ich bereits probiert (teils unter Anleitung von EA Mitarbeitern):
-Ich habe überprüft, ob irgendwelche Programme im Konflikt stehen
-Ich habe einen CCleaner ausgeführt
-Ich habe DirectX Redistributable/DirectX selbst/Microsoft .NET Framework/Visual C++/Grafiktreiber/Windows aktualisiert
-Ich habe das Spiel über Origin repariert
-Ich habe Origin und A Way Out mehrmals neu installiert
-Ich habe das Spiel und Origin aktualisiert
-Ich habe "Origin im Spiel" deaktiviert
-Ich habe das Spiel als Administartor gestartet
-Ich habe einen Clean Boot durchgeführt
-Ich habe ein weiteres Benutzerkonto erstellt
-Ich habe alle Anzeigen abgesteckt, bis auf einen 1920x1080 Monitor (HDMI verbunden)
-Ich habe über andere Spiele bei Origin festgestellt, dass diese funktionieren, nur A Way Out startet nicht
-Ein Spezialist von EA hat das Spiel auf seinem Rechner von meinem Account heruntergeladen und keine Fehler festgestellt
-Die Software von dieser Seite besagt, dass mein Rechner A Way Out schaffen sollte: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/a-way-out/16141
-Ich habe die "A Way Out.exe" Datei in allen Virenprogrammen als Ausnahme eingetragen
-Ich habe alle Anti-Virenprogrammen/Firewall deaktiviert

Ich hoffe jemand von euch kann mir dabei helfen...

Prozessor: Intel Core i7 4790k

Grafikkarte: R9 390 8GB

Ram: 16GB

System: Windows 10 Pro

Dear Community,

I've got a problem with A Way Out

My problem: When i want to start A Way Out I click on "play" in Origin...Origin synchs with the Cloud...after 2 or 3 seconds Origin minimizes itself, but shows up again after some more seconds...but the game is not starting

In the Task Manager A Way Out is shown for some seconds as a subprocess of Origin...also my status in Origin is set to "In Game A Way Out"

These solutions I already tried (some under assistance from an EA employee):

-I checkd, if there are any conflicts through other programs

-I used CCleaner

-I updated DirectX Redistributable/DirectX itself/Microsoft .NET Framework/Visual C++/Graphics Driver/Windows

-I repaired the game over Origins

-I reinstalled Origin and the game itself

-I updated Origin and A Way Out

-I deactivated "Origin In Game"

-I started the game as an Admin

-I performed a Clean Boot

-I created a new user on Windows

-I disconnected all monitors etc. except a 1920x1080 monitor (HDMI connected)

-I found out, through other Origin games, that the problem is only with A Way Out

-A specialist from EA downloaded the game on his PC over my account and had no problems

-I entered an exception on all Anti-Virus Programms for "A Way Out.exe"

-I deactivated all Anti-Virus Programms and the Firewall

I hope someone can help me

Your Dxdiag says your graphics driver is not up to date.

Driver Date/Size: 22.08.2017 02:00:00, 1940768 bytes

That's exactly a year ago. A Way Out is from March this year, so you'll need a driver at least that new.

If you're convinced you installed the latest driver, I recommend a clean installation. When you update AMD drivers from the AMD Settings software, it will give you an option for a clean installation, which you should select.

If that doesn't fix it, I recommend downloading the latest driver from the AMD site (but not installing it yet). Then wipe your current driver with DDU by Wagnardsoft (it will restart your PC in safe mode). When DDU is finished, your PC will restart again and you can install the downloaded driver.
