hi there I would like to know what am i paying for ? because most of the games i have played or they are games that I don't play and the game trials are taken forever to come , i am starting to annoyed and unsatisfied , cause i am paying and not seeing or getting games that are in my intrest , I hope for some kind of answer

I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with one of our services. I assume you must be talking about Origin Access or is it Origin Access Premier? 

Can I ask for a bit more specific feedback? What games would you like to see added to The Vault? What other expectation do you have towards it?
