Sorry to hear about your problem with A Way Out Frown

 

For the issue with the KERNELBASE.dll file, I would recommend lowering the graphics settings. Try to use medium setting for Texture Quality.

 

Also, please reinstall VC++ runtime packages and DirectX. You will find the required files in:

  • Program Files > Origin Games > AWayOut > _Installer > vc > redist 
  • Program Files > Origin Games > AWayOut > _Installer > directx > redist > DXSETUP.exe
