Please FIX CONNECTING ISSUE

Hello has anyone found how to fix it?  Me and my brother are on the same network ipv4 & ipv6 and playing open and we still cannot connect he is stuck on the auth screen where it just spins.  I have gone into my router settings,  disabled ipv6,  hard reset my console and its still just stuck on the loading screen.  This is stupid!!  please fix it I just bought it and cant even play!!!!  If not how do we get a refund.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Can I ask a few more questions to clarify a few things?

• On what console do you play?
• Who is the host of the game?
• Are you both using the same version of Internet Protocol? (IPv4 or IPv6)
• Do you both have PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold subscriptions?

I am the host of the game.

Yes same version as we are on the same internet at home.

Both have Xbox Live.
