As i have seen multible posts about these issues, i thought id just repost the workarounds the developers made public on their discord server so its easier for you to find them .

I can't open the game! Help!

Make sure you are running the latest version of Origin. We have seen issues opening the game on older versions.

I can't hear any dialogue in the game!
--------------------
Your audio settings may be set up to use 5.1, when you are are using stereo speakers. Check your audio settings to make sure they are correctly set.

When launching the game, my screen flashes green.
--------------------
Change your resolution to something other than current, apply, and then revert your resolution back to your preferred.

I can't hear any dialogue in the game!

We have heard of some issues with Dolby Atmos enabled on the Xbox. Try disabling this!
