Gray transparent screen in tabs.

Everytime I go to the gallery to place, like, or save lots, I cannot press any buttons, they don't work, and if the ''x'' button works, I'm left with a gray transparent screen in which I cannot press anything, I can only leave the game via Task Manager. Help?
