Hey guys, my Origin was in German, so the game installed in German.
I later changed the language of my origin to English hoping it would change the language of the game to English, but that didn't work.
So i started the game and it worked perfectly and i invited my friend.
My friend then told me to change the game language in the advanced game options in Origin.
I changed it and after that it installed some files (sound files i guess?).
After those files were installed i wanted to start the game again.
Now it doesn't work anymore!
When i start it in Origin, it loads for a while and then Origin minimizes.
I'm now status "In-Game" for a few seconds.
During these seconds, the .exe for "A Way Out" shows up in the task manager.
Then the .exe dissapears and Origin pops right back up.
I tried:
- changing back the language of the game
- reinstalling the game in a diffrent directory
- deactivate avast and windows firewall
- system restore to the point where the game worked
- multiple restarts, shutdowns
- closing all other running applications
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
