Hi,
when I try to play online the game is not able to authenticate and always displays the message, that I can't connect to the EA server.
I basically tried everything from your troubleshooting site without any change: power cycled my router and PS4, tried wireless and wired connection, opened all the listed ports and enabled uPnP. Always the same result and I am running out of options here.
I definitely have PS+ and can connect to the PSN. Other games do not have troubles with playing online.
This is my first EA title on PS4 with which I try to play online, so my PSN and my EA account are not connected yet.
What am I missing?
