Friend Pass can't sonnect to the server

Hello,

I am the owner of the game, my friend have access to this game but when he want to connect to the lobby the game crash with error "Unable to connect to the EA server to activate the game...

any solutions?

What platform are you trying to play on, or he is trying to play on.....?

Unable to connect can be a number of things, from Firewalls on computer, anti-virus programs, or Router/internet modem settings.
