A Way Out Will Not Download

when installing the game it stops downloading when it gets to the 38% mark (when its playable) and then shows the error.

I don't have "A Way out" on the machine I'm on right now, so the path I give you might differ a bit.

• Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\A Way Out\__Installer\directx\redist" folder.
• If there are files with the '.cab file extension in it, delete them. 
• Then run the "DXSETUP.exe" from the same folder as administrator. (right click the "DXSETUP.exe" > Run as an administrator)
• Reboot > test.
