So Just now. The exchange won't display Memory Pics. Avatar Pics and upload pics. Here is a picture for a example. I'm not good at Explaining in Detail with something I can't explain on here but the picture Example should be clear on this.

@Creeper545548 These uploads are not recent so it is a issue with old pictures too. Avatars and old memory pictures.

I will also say that I can’t seem to download anything from my Purchase History, I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue with the ongoing images issue.

The whole site is having issues as well as the store. When trying to log into the store page, it's a black screen and it just won't come up at all. I can go to my page but no one's profile picture is showing up. EA, please take a look into it and fix it?

Yeah, all the Thumbnails on The Exchange seem to have broken links. Hopefully Origin or EA has a backup.

Here's another picture to see, what's going on.

Only icons to see in my studio, wether uploads or memories.

Also on the community site no ingame pictures show up.

Ok, so from about 3-4 hours later, it’s still not possible to download anything, either from The Exchange or the Store, or even items in your Purchase History, which is NOT a good sign.

The Launcher never throws up an error either, it just simply waits in the background as I’ve attempted to try downloading things from my Purchase History and something from the Exchange, while my items from the Purchase History never showed up, the Exchange item did after a couple of minutes of waiting, but the download as of writing this was not able to start, the icon in the status simply showing as 3 blue arrows. I have also attempted to download another Exchange item but again, 3 blue arrows and the download never started.

Trying to save the file rather than attempt to add it to your game directly, brings up (in Firefox for me) that the server could not be found. Fingers crossed this may just be temporary maintenance but this does not look good at all…

I’ve also noticed in my Sims3LauncherLogFile that the latest log is “Exchange Download Failure”.

I just tried to lost the Store site to check for myself, and it wouldn't load at all. The main site ( www.thesims3.com ) did load, just not the Store section. Hopefully this is a temporary outage.

I've flagged this thread to EA people.

Just thought I’d add, it seems I can access the store on my laptop (both Chrome and Firefox) but not at all on my iPhone.

The website is loading, but doesn' give me the nice old view ...

Can't download things from the exchange and can't browse the store for my DD and MMAO

@Gunter7777 It’s a known issue, to my knowledge puzzleaddict has forwarded an earlier thread to EA but no idea on any possible fix yet.

So glad this is a server issue! I've been going mad since yesterday thinking and trying to fix my launcher, even been reinstalling Sims 3.

I can't load the store on my computer and the store not loading seems to be related to the pictures not loading on the sims 3 site. Hope this gets fixed.

Also been having this problem since yesterday. I have tried 3 different browsers and my phone, none of which have worked. Hope this gets fixed soon.
