Have you tried any console troubleshooting at all like reinstalling?

So what's the final word on this? I can't play my NBAJamOFE either, because of the "terms & conditions" not downloading. The game shows people were capturing and taking screen shots in the game as recently as two days ago. What gives EA?!?

The Game Face site is compatible for UFC and FIFA. The NBA Live Mobile Companion app has a Game Face functionality but is only available for the latest title, however it has since been discontinued.

The same is happening for NBA JAM On Fire Edition for PS3. And the game is not listed anywhere. I don't know if is a problem with Terms only or the server itself turned off. A few months ago it was still up, as other ppl got trophies.

Services look to have been shut down for 360 per the site. Backwards compatibility is a Microsoft/Xbox feature which is a service we cannot control and if the servers were up for Xbox One they will be using the 360 servers for that title.

Superstar Trait, No progression. I’ve finished the season and I’m in the semi finals. It still says 0/60 and all the boxes are checked. Do the games I’ve played since receiving the trait not count? Do I have to wait until next season(3rd season) for it to start counting games? I’ve played at least 10 games since I’ve noticed the traits counts aren’t changing. Not sure what to do.

Which platform do you play the game on and do you use WiFi or a wired connection to play?

Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). That's been helping players out recently.

This is STILL a problem. The issue is the free throw is a good time to pause during a game, so I have to be conscious every single free throw to not pause. The fact that EA recommends updating as a fix is not a fix. This game still checks for updates at startup, even though the last updates were last year. Updates don't fix it anyway.

This has been the reason I didn't buy NBA Live 19 and won't buy another NBA Live game until I'm certain freezing issues have been addressed.

Nba Live 19 Suggestion: Live events or store

Hi, I love playing NBA live 19 it's better than 2k19 that is the reason why I sold my NBA 2k19 because I know I won't be playing it. I would like to suggest if you can have a 6 day solo live event for reebok sneakers the prizes are answer 1, answer 4, answer 5, shaq attaq 1 shaqnosis, kamikaze 1, kamikaze 2, reebok blacktop.

I love the shoes in the game but my most favorite of them all is the reebok questions 1. my character only wears the questions 1 for all of his outfits.

Being a 90's kid I grew up playing basketball in those old school shoes. They look good in the court, especially in the street courts. Also, those shoes will look good for any bigman, wing or guard players. Hope you can make this happen. Thanks

I switched emails on live 18 and it deleted all my progress an my old email doesn't have an account with you guys but after trying to do face scan on live 19 I realized it is still linked to my old email with no way to change it. Can you fix this and keep my progress?

Why won't they just implement the Kinect to face scan instead of the app? Xbox dropped the ball on the Kinect, great voice and gesture activation technology just dumped to the wayside, still Nintendo or Sony has not caught up to this technology, yet they just gave up on it. Ok some games were pretty bad but just to navigate around the x box and use voice such as Alexa is great. Dummies!!

As it turns out, you cannot "switch" EA accounts on PS4.

Games requiring an EA account on PS4 will automatically search for one using your PSN email address, and if none is found, they will automatically create one and link it on your PSN account.

Try logging in on ea.com with your PSN email (worked for me while searching which account Anthem and Dragon age were using).

Like you, I have played many EA games in the past, some of them on PC (like Crysis 3) which required an EA account. But saddly this "PC" account cannot be linked to my PSN profile because it uses a different email.

My PSN isn't linked either and I have played many EA games. I vaguely remember the Battlefront games having EA Account stuff set up. Maybe if we can find a game that has an account login setting we can get linked in.

The traits for NBA LIVE 18 are froze and won't progress any further. All of my badges should be gold. I have already talked to EA 3 to 4 times this week about this and I'm tired of asking and only getting told that they'll look into it. I have put a lot of time in this game and still play it. I don't like 2k at all but EA isn't doing any better. I understand that this isn't the latest NBA game but that doesn't mean you forget about it. I look and see that others have had the same problem as me and nothings been done. I don't know what happened to companies making games just for people to enjoy. It's all about micro transactions now and it's just sad. People pay for your game and when stuff like this happens, you just look the other way and ignore the issue. EA wonders why they get such a bad rep now. Focused on the money and not caring about the customers.

Hey I have the same problem and I really need it fixed. I got the game when it first came out and played it everyday. Once I got the superstar badge then every badge froze. I continued to play thinking the issue would be fixed. I emailed for help and got nothing. I really need this to be fixed. I would rather play LIVE than 2k because there pay to win and it's a trashy game now. I know EA has got a lot of hate but NBA LIVE is a series that you guys have really made good. I love playing this game but this is an issue that needs to be fixed. I have a playmaking point guard and he can't dunk or shoot 3's so Im trying to get the badges so he can but I can't now. I keep trying to get help but nothing is getting done and the other people I talk to say the issue will be looked at but I doubt it because this isn't the latest NBA LIVE. I will gladly give you any information you need to get this fixed. I really don't want to play any trashy pay to win 2k game. Please help fix this.

With the game on EA Access, Live Events need to be supported. It doesn't make sense to ever renew the subscription if the next year's sports titles don't support the online features.

Put up a co-op event for the All Star weekend and during Playoffs. Community response to that would be awesome. Or just hard code one event on for the season if that's easier.

I have the same problem. I have logged into Facebook previously. However, I signed out. Now I have a new phone. All my apps and data loaded on to this new device. But I can’t recover my account using Facebook. I had a 89 OVR lineup with like 200000 coins and I have put in many hours to this game and I’m not starting all over again. So if I can’t get my account back I might just stop playing all together.

Were you able to figure out a solution to this problem? When I downloaded the early access demo for Anthem on PS4, the game would not give me the option to input an email but listed an email I've long since deleted for use.

INTEGRATE FANTASY TEAM ROSTERS

Idea - My friends and I play NBA live 19 using our Yahoo Fantasy rosters. It's a bunch of work maintaining the rosters since we're very active in the Fantasy league.

Solution - it would be great to integrate the league rosters data into Your game so that when we have a match we wouldn't have to spend time dropping and adding players and could instead play

this info did not help and i am still having the issue where my PS4 keeps siginh me in to a old account and i can use my early access Anthem demo

The nba companion app does not pair with my Xbox one console. I have nba live 18 and had no issues. This years doesn’t even detect my phone. Why? Is this still an ongoing issue?

We do not alter player records when the outcome of a game is partially determined by a connectivity issue.
