I reopened the game after I had returned in about 10 mins an all four of my 99 ovr players are gone along with all my progress in the game. I’ve lost all my clothes and shoes an accessories. I PAID FOR THE WHOLE STORE. I need my players back HELP anyone !!!

I click court battles to go into that game mode, its says updating game bottom left of screen, when the screen opens it freezes as soon as my AI team appears on the screen.

If I click any buttons, the game is completely unresponsive.

After a few minutes of waiting a message flashes up to say that I have defended my court.

Then If I click either X or O it brings up the connection lost with the error code I mentioned in a previous message.

it brings me out of court battles onto the main home screen.

My one player moves as they do on the home screen, but no matter which button I press, I cannot enter any other modes now as the game is frozen and totally unresponsive.

Where exactly does it freeze in court battles? Right after selecting the mode, during the loading screen into a game, or at some point while it's playing? Are you using the same options every time when you're customizing the mode?

I followed those steps, the power cycle worked as you said, I launched the game, tried to use the court battle mode and its frozen again.

The PS4 told me that its own software is up to date, the game app tells me that this is the latest version of NBA Live 19 too.

Is there anything else I can try?.

Based off what I could find that error looks to be update related. Can you try checking for a software update on your console and perform a true power cycle with these steps below to see if that helps?

Reboot the power to the modem/router

Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your PS4 console

Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

If it helps, if I leave the court battle mode frozen, I just found out yesterday it gives me a message saying ‘CONNECTION LOST’

That's odd. If there is anything plugged into the USB slot try removing it. I've seen third party devices cause strange issues in games before.

Have you tried restoring the license for the game?

Hey,

In order to play in online games against other players you'll be required to download the latest roster. It should automatically do it for you when you're connected to the internet, but in the event you feel it's not updated simply go to any online mode and it will prompt you to download the latest roster if not installed. If there's no download, it means you already have it.

COURT BATTLES

I was told my game had corrupted data on it, I deleted it from the system storage, rebooted the console and ever since, everytime I try and play a match on Court Battle mode it freezes, I have been forced to delete all the save data and re-install the NBA Live 19 game twice now and start all over again, only to discover that the Court Battle mode freezes again. Has this happened to anybody else?.

if so what can I do?.

I'm led to believe there is some compatibility issues with the external hard drive and this game OR the game is installed on the external while the updates are installed on the internal which is why it keeps prompting to update it.

On Xbox there is an option to designate where you want updates, make sure you are selecting the proper hard drive on where they go. I recommend unplugging the external hard drive and delete any NBA Live data you have on the internal. Then, make sure you select updates to go to your external drive before launching the game again. Once it downloads the updates, try saving the roster in game.

Try launching again. If it occurs again, I would try deleting all data on the external and double-check the internal. Reinstall on the internal to see if there are any further issues.

Hello!

I had issues with Franchise mode in NBA 19 on Xbox one. Problem was when i tried to play franchise mode with my friend. When we were selecting sides before match, second controller was visible but it was not reacting. Controller only worked when i exit franchise mode. In every other mode controller worked just fine, in menus also.

So, if you have this issue, here is the solution!

1. Start game with both controllers on

2. Select franchise mode

3. In window where you can select saved franchise, disconnect from internet, before choosing saved game

4. Go back to game, or wait untill nba loses internet connection

5. You can see internet connection issue notification

6. Second controller must press A to select "Ok" in internet connection error notification

7. Now second controller is already working and you can proceed to franchise mode

8. Play game

Are you on the Xbox Insider program and have you tried saving your roster prior to rebooting the game up to see if that helps get it to stick for you?

I am having the same issue as you are. It doesn't make any sense why they would remove Court Battles and store items as well. I just bought the game, and yet one of the most touted features is not there. Like you, I haven't seen much on this topic either which is why I was quite surprised to discover your post.

i have not, but that might be my only choice.. annoying because i have a league going... obviously this bug is affecting many people, so not sure why EA can't address it... We try and support NBA Live series, and I do like the game very much, but this sort of thing is what drives people away and back to NBA 2K series... I guess EA just doesn't care that much

I’ve been recently playing NBA live 19 none stop. Every time I play online there is always a short wait, which is awesome. I have 2k20 and wait to play online can take over an hour if you are lower overall. Thank you, EA for good online matchmaking. NBA Live 19 has been out for a year and a half and I still have no problem playing. People still playing NBA live 19, I know that because every time I want to play live-run 3vs3 there is 5 minutes or less wait for me. NBA 2k20 has better visuals of players, dribbling, shooting, and a decent sorry mode. Personally, I think Live has a better half time show, dribbling, dunking, and online matchmaking. Please EA give the community another NBA live game. Maybe NBA LIVE it's not a perfect a game so as 2k but there are fans like myself that enjoy playing it to this day. Please give the community some info of what the next NBA LIVE game will look like.

Moved your post over to this one since it was related. Can you try saving your roster from settings to see if that helps? Another player was able to fix this by fully reinstalling the game. I know that's not ideal, however it can at least help prevent this from happening every time you load up the game going forward.

So I took a break from nba live 19 for a bit and since getting back on it says that there are zero items in my one court items and court battle items in the store. I have tons of in game currency I was saving to buy players for my team and now they have all disapeared. Any reason why and is there any way to fix this so I can actually build my team and get better? Would greatly appreciate it someone could help me out with this issue. Thank you

I just found another post on here that someone had that problem and I do too. All my one court items and all my court battle items have disapeared. No one has answered still and I cant find anything online about it. Its really annoying because I have a bunch of in game currency and would like to buy players but cant. So I guess unless someone from EA decides to respond then I guess I can't ever add players to my team, which I will probably quit playing if that the case.

Both "one court items" and "court battle items" say 0 items, but everything else in the store is still there. Hoping someone can help me out as I don't understand what is happening. When I start the game, it says connecting to EA servers and than it does an update (13 sections) everytime. Yet when I go into apps it's always the same version number, so never changes, so I don't think it really updates anything, but goes through this everytime I boot the game. It appears to do an update, but as I said, the version number never changes. Very confused and if you cancel, it says cannot connect to EA servers. Any ideas. I dont understand why it goes into this update game thing when it doesnt really seem to update anything, and it takes a long time to do all 13 updates.

What is the latest/last version number of this game.

the road that nba live has taken for the past two years is very interesting! but I would love to live my player, I don't know if you have the rights to NCAA or G-League, but to live his rise, see his rise, in no sport game we really see the player making his years in college, just living the draft on nba live was an interesting fact! feel that being in nba is the finish, why not have the most media fields too! Overtime ... the culture of basketball, giving an enriching experience to the player and not only "YOU ARE IN NBA"

I’m having a similar issue now and I haven’t gotten a solution from EA Help either that actually corrected the problem yet. I also lost all of my data on my main PS4 previously because my file settings got corrupted but luckily I had played on another PS4 that had my game saved from an a few months prior. To avoid having my online storage corrupted anymore I turned the auto save option off and have been doing my save of the game manually. When I’m done playing I close the program and then reopen it. If it loads correctly I do a manual save. I know this isn’t a fix, it’s more of a band aid until they hopefully fix the actual problems.

That doesn't mean the practice mode of 5 vs 5.

It isn't like real match such as ranked match mode.

Ranked match mode was too difficult to me now, so I want to play against AI until I get better with the same rule as ranked match mode.

I guess this is not a good question,

but I'm confused because I'm not native English speaker and there are many game modes in this game.

I’ve been having the same issue for a few months now. Whenever I try to create a new player in The One game mode the player won’t save and my settings file becomes corrupted. I’m able to restore the settings from the online storage but the new player that was created is gone. I play on a PS4 and I’ve tried the same thing on two other PS4 ‘s and constantly get the same result. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and gone through all the usual steps but nothing has worked so far. The first time this happened to me the problem was temporarily fixed with an update patch that was put out but some weeks later I started having the same issue again. I believe the problem is with my EA account and that it is blocking me from creating a new player. Everything else on the game including my other four players progress saves fine but it’s only when I try to create a new player that I have the issue. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Any suggestions at this point will be greatly appreciated.

NBA Live 19 featured the rosters from the 2018 season. The season that is currently in play right now as of November 2019 is not represented in NBA Live 19.

When I open the game, I have 13 updates to download. This happens every time I open the game, even though I wait for all of them to download before starting. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and didn't fix it. Game and save data are both on console

You missed an opportunity. 2K is at their pinnacle level of rehashing and EA had a chance to convert some players and get some sales before the next gen. You will screw it up again trying to go nextgen like Elite 11. You could release it and then patch it.

MLB The Show has custom batting stances, Live can have custom jumpshots and dribble stances.

Harder difficulty modes should be more strategic with AI adjustments and roster rotations/matchups, not just ratings and probability cranks.

Hire an NBA coach and maybe they can show you things in the game you never notice from your cover stars.

Get with the NBA and cut a deal to get the audio from all the live play by play and commentary instead of some pre-recorded scripted lines that have odd gaps because of the audio triggers not taking the context into account.

Get back to exaggerating the things that make NBA basketball great and fun. Stop trying to duplicate it in some AI realm of simulation. That's what sliders are for. Please wake up, because I feel you are a sleep.

okay EA seriously. Where's at least INFORMATION on Live 20? can't even manage to supply something as much as confirmation for the game? I've been a loyal EA fan for 10 years but I've had enough of EA living up to its reputation of stunning incompetence. Will not support another product from this company. Even if Live does magically release before 2020, count me out. I've already purchased 2k (just kidding, 2k is even worse) and PES (but I DID get PES). It is absolutely pathetic how poorly run this company is.

For me to purchase NBA 2K20 as a fan who played the sport. There are things EA can capitalize from especially in a developer perspective where 2K been doing the same for years, and I do have some displeasure playing 2K where even within those huge memory taking updates. They seem to break something else outside of the false advertising and lies Ronnie made.

My Career, I am left with full of uncertainty about the direction. For say you're in the USA vs the World / Rookie vs Sophomore game, and you're stats that game is outstanding? You're not awarded MVP because there isn't one. Seeing players like JaVale McGee, Jonas Valincunas, and other big non-dribbling big men running point guard with Kyrie handles was kill for me. Especially shooting where it doesn't matter if you have a badge as a playmaking shooting guard. Your handles and jumper is broken.

I think EA can capitalize on a majority of things. Like bringing in The One for the WNBA where 2K dropped the ball, and EA did too on some things. The One for WNBA also have players playing overseas for basketball clubs; the WNBA all-star game; and the WNBA playoffs needs to be mentioned. The One for the NBA needs to have a development league if your player is not ready where G-League needs to be on there; and for both One add-on to the mode? Playing for your country where FIBA needs to return.

EA should look into be building LUT more fun and challenging. 2K not only would do a code to post online? EA can do it too besides seeing overpriced LUT players like for example a 90 overall John Stockton can be 3.5 million on the auction block.

The grind vs. NBA Live is horrible for your badges. It takes more time for shooting than finishing, playmaking, defense / rebounding.

I lost my dribble moves

When the professor and bone collector dribble moves came out as an event I was excited to play and as soon I got the dribble moves I went to go equip them but it was still shown as locked and I could not equip them I and my created player is an SF I would have said something about this sooner but I stopped playing the game and deleted it but I recently got back on and try to get the dribble moves back by couldn't I don't know what to do and is wondering if EA is going to launch the event back or can give me my dribble moves.

I agree with us needing NBA Live 20. I am still playing Live 19 but right now it is just too bland. I do have NBA 2K20 and I only play that for the career side of it, I do not mess with the Park (never been a fan).
