iirc you have to repair the platform and then use accio on some rubble, before you are able to use levioso to move the platform up. the rubble is right in front of you at the edge of the lead you try to reach.

I used to play on my iPad, but for this exact reason, I switched back to my phone. It is unfortunate that it is too big, though. A bigger screen is more advantageous than a smaller phone.

Hello baby event restarts after last task

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Doing the events hello baby event.
What do you expect to see? I expect when the event is finished it gives the bassinet

I have completed the hello baby event several times each time it just restarts instead of giving me the bassinet.i have made sure everything is up to date and restarted and nothing seems to help.

@GabyStarbucks The exact same thing has happened to me- I only have 2 items left to complete the bonus box and earn the bonus items and it keeps giving me chairs! I’ve wasted 35 tokens trying to clear it and sim cash rushing the events and I’m being told there’s nothing that can be done it’s ridiculous

Sweet Treat Showdown issue

So since this issue yesterday I’ve spent 7x5 tokens trying to clear the royal treat box- I only had 3 prizes left to receive the grand prize and I’ve received the Royal Throne 5 times, because of this I still have 3 prizes to clear despite spending 35 tokens and that you’re supposed to get a different prize each time! I spent all my sim cash rushing the events and this issue has still not been resolved- there’s only 9 hours left of the event and I need to know what EA is doing about this and if the progress will be restored?

This happened to me too! I’m stuck at 94/96- I just want the bonus colors ‘n sims cash for completion.

and when I went to EA’s website for help through the mobile game, the chat support told me they weren’t able to help and directed me to post here… ???

Might be time to stop playing, there's so many bugs and they never get resolved. Still waiting for them to fix that all the items I'd bought for the barista/spy career path disappeared overnight...

Yes, i understand that this is to resolve issues for UI problems for ipad devices that have issues with small UI. If i am an ipad user i will also appreciate this update.

However, as an iphone user i have seen other iphone users are experiencing the bigger UI issue and it takes up 60% of the screen. I supposed majority of the players are iphone players and there are tons of complaints on reddit.

Fixing the issue for one group of players but causing a whole lot of issue for another group of players is not consider a proper fix.

I hope that at least giving users a choice to toggle between bigger and smaller UI will be added and i feel that will be the better solution.
