      <description>&lt;P&gt;So since this issue yesterday I’ve spent 7x5 tokens trying to clear the royal treat box- I only had 3 prizes left to receive the grand prize and I’ve received the Royal Throne 5 times, because of this I still have 3 prizes to clear despite spending 35 tokens and that you’re supposed to get a different prize each time! I spent all my sim cash rushing the events and this issue has still not been resolved- there’s only 9 hours left of the event and I need to know what EA is doing about this and if the progress will be restored?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Recently I had purchased the current festival pass(twice) despite it being a rerun and witj the added items I am afraid I will lose these as well. I have been in dialogue with the team @TSM via their help platform but to date have been unable to get another update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I earned simcash but it never appeared on my game.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In my game I pressed the ‘help’ button and it linked me to the ea help website in my browser (it didn’t stay in the game).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once on the ea help desk, I opened several cases to raise this issue but the advisors all say the same thing, they are unable to help me unless I raise a case IN the game.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So, I am physically unable to raise a case in the game because the help button links me to the ea help website outside of the game and that means customer services cannot or will not help me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am therefore left completely without help and no options because the game help button doesn’t stay in the game for me (a bug in the game) and customer services don’t know how to fix this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there anyone who can resolve this issue!? Or should I just give up now and delete the game? I was confused but I went on and continued the challenge.when I was done I went to Get Arya so her and Garrett could go on a date.&amp;nbsp;(I had made Garrett before Arya and has them up to level 4 on the story more the friends with benefits)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However after noticing Garrett wasn’t in the house, I looked all over the Sims world to find him Standing outside the house when I returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was confused but I thought he went out on a small ‘side quest’ before returning home.&amp;nbsp;That was until I clicked him.&amp;nbsp;His options glitched for a bit before he gave the ‘first meeting’ options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; The game had turned him into a NPC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have quite a few sims in game and this is the first I’ve seen one glitch into an NPC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or it says restart the game and try again. But I have already restarted the and downloaded it on to another device where I could purchase again at first and then it stopped working on the new device.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bought two pack (one the bargain pack) which I received and played a bit. When I opened the app again, it looks like it was restored.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have the clothes and other amenities from the bargain pack, however, the money are missing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Same with the other pack which has 15000 simoales and simcash, that is completely missing alongside with a few doors and a staircase that came with the house I bought ages ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted the help center and they advise to write here as the troubleshooting did not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I just want what I paid for.       <title>Years worth of game time and money gone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been playing sims mobile for easily 7 years and spent well over 200$ through the years. When I got my new &amp;nbsp;iPad there was a glitch on sims and never download my progress. It ended up saving my progress back at entry level. I have talked to at least 8 people via email with EA and have gotten no help. I get told the same thing over and over again. I’ve tried everything they recommended and I continue to get the run around. I have put 2 cases out for it now and still no help. I’m told someone of internal will contact me and I still am just getting an email from a different person each day telling me to do the same thing as the last. I am beyond annoyed with this entire situation. Clearly no one is reading the emails or they would actually help instead of telling me to do the same thing over and over again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can anyone direct me to someone I can actually call to get my progress back or even t this point how to go bout a mass refund for all the money put out. Considering it was a glitch on their end that ended with me losing all this progress.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
