Is there any way of deleting your cars? See I have a problem where I cannot do like 2/3 underground rivals races because it picks a car that is grayed out/unfinished for road.

Even like in the campaign races where you get blueprints on, the only one I can play is for the BMW M5, I only need 7 more BP's then that's done but these cars, my garage is full of high spec cars that I can't use until more BP's, and I am right in thinking I can't enter a special event for that car if I already have BP's for it so it's there but not enough to use it?

Here's one's where I need BP's for but can't even race for them as ain't got enough to use the bloody car., you could a few weeks ago but not no more. I hope nothing changes until I've finished my BMW M5 though...

Scariest Thing I’ve Ever Experienced In a Game

So I was playing NFS Payback which I’ve beat and I’ve been going through trying to beat all the roaming racers, and I had been trying to beat the boss on hazard company for an hour and couldn’t do it so I upgraded my car and came back to the racer he was stuck in this weird sort of glitched loop falling off a cliff on the map, so I decided ok it should fix if I start the race. So I started the race, but he just kept falling and the game kept starting me right off near the edge of the same cliff falling off over and over and just when I thought I would be stuck there the game made its little default noise for resetting your car and then went to a completely black screen for 15 seconds. Part of what freaked me out - no loading symbol nothing, just a completely black screen making no noise, then it reset in this really odd creepy distorted view looking up at the sky in the game but it was very fuzzy, and my controller started vibrating in my hand at maximum vibration amount and wouldn’t stop for a good 15 seconds, which is when I started to get very scared a freaked out. All while the in game camera had nothing on the screen and was just stuck pointing at the sky. I don’t remember for sure but I think at one point it changed from a blue sky to a yellow sky next to a telephone pole in the desert. Then at this point I was so freaked out that I just pressed my home button on my Xbox and decided tic start recording with my phone, so when I went back into the game it vibrated for like another 10 seconds while facing the sky, then my car showed up like I was starting the race but it was like stopping and starting and the graphics were crap for a few seconds and the game started lagging out. And then of course it went back to normal after a minute but I had respawned on the complete other side of the map, yet it still said my race was going. Then of course it dq’ed me since I was so far. But the weird thing to me was how it went completely black and then just changed to the background of the sky in the game while my controller was vibrating making weird noises. After that now my controller won’t connect to my Xbox and a light just flashes back and forth on it which could be from a multitude of other things but... anyway if anyone has any ideas why it did this please tell, I was like shaking while writing this message since I was so stirred up. I’ll try to post what was recorded on the Xbox capture I took after I figure out what’s wrong with my controller. Thanks lmao, peace racers. Disable controller input through origin

So i want to disable controller input with origin. Why you may ask? Well i have a PS3 controller that is not fully supported by NFS 2015, you can only drive using the joysticks. What i did to play with a controller then? I linked my controller buttons to keyboard buttons using AntiMicro. Before i further explain my problem i have to explain something else

To drive in NFS 2015 with a PS3 controller without AntiMicro you would have to push forward the left joystick and to a certain direction to accelerate and steer

to reverse you would push back the joystick and obviously to the direction you want to reverse to

Those are the only controls i have without using AntiMicro.

now what happens is that the AntiMicro controller map interferes with the NFS 2015 controls, so if i'm steering and accidentally move my joystick a slight bit down i start spinning around and it's super annoying

Therefore, i want an option to disable controller input with specific games in origin

falling through the world in need for speed

does anyone know how to fix the infamous issue of falling through the map in need for speed.

at certain parts of the map, especially on the highways, the textures dont load fast enough for my car and i end up falling into the void and having to wait for up to 2 minutes sometimes for the road to load and for me to respawn. this has been happening for a solid 2 years and this point. i have scoured every forum out there looking for a solution and so far all i can tell is its an issue with the engine itself (frostbite 3) and that there is no known fix, however many of the forums havent been updated for years. does anyone have any clue how to fix this issue cos its made the game borderline unplayable for years. PS. i've tried the shadowplay fix, ive changed settings for the rendering options and i know it isnt a problem with my hard drive speed, and unlike what some people are suggesting it has nothing to do with internet speed as its related to game files saved locally.

I have a suggestion around soundtracks in Fifa.

I was thinking of maybe adding old Fifa soundtracks to the games as a add on within the game because I know that I would love to play new Fifa games with some of the old soundtracks as it would bring a nostalgia element to a up to date game.

I'm not 100% certain on the other community opinions but I know I would gladly pay a fee of around £3 for a Fifa 15 soundtrack or a Fifa 2004 soundtack etc. for example.

NFS 2016 Direct X Function Error

I have recently started playing Need for Speed 2016 again after a year brake or so and it is pretty much impossible to get anything done in this game because I am constantly getting the same error as shown on the photo enclosed.

It always freezes the game while entering a race, after the race when statistics show up or while looking around the map for race locations. Sometimes (very rarely) I am able to play for and hour or two no problem but most of the time it crashes the game 3 or 4 times before I manage to complete a single race. Today for example I launched it around 00:30 and turned it off at 2:00 and within this time it managed to crash 9 times.

When I purchased it back in 2017 I had no problems at all with it and right now it just became unplayable. I should mention I am playing on exactly the same PC as I did back in the day when I purchased it. The only difference is graphics card, previously I had AMD Radeon HD 7990 and currently I have Nvidia GTX 1080. I have searched pretty much everywhere but couldn't find a solution and those which I did manage to find didn't work at all.

I have tried compatibility mods, I have tried reinstalling directx, I have tried reinstalling graphics card drivers with clean installation, I have tried changing graphics settings within the game but absolutely nothing helps.

My PC specs:

Intel Core i7 Quad Core Processor i7-4770

ASUS Z87-A ATX

16GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 8GB

WIndows 10 Pro 64 Bit

Any ideas EA? or are you just going to ignore this because I have seen other people with similar error and no solution.

Keyboard trouble! im played in NFS like 2 years ago and everything work good. Today i downloaded game again and get a bug with game control. Every button works like Acceleration and Brake dont work too. I saw that someone else asked this a while back and didn't get any replies so I'll ask again: Is the PS4 steering delay a design element or a settings problem? I am experiencing a lock to lock delay (from stick movement to seeing the wheels move to the input position) of almost a full second. I have been dealing with it but, DAMN, it is frustrating to the point of me swearing off ever buying another NFS product.

Could someone please tell me if this is something which can be addressed or not? If it is a simple settings adjustment I would love to know. The game is really quite good, save for this ridiculous delay in steering which makes controlling the faster cars almost impossible.

Hi, I’ve been trying to play NFS Rivals for a while now with no success. Every time I load up the game it crashes while trying to connect to EA servers. I’ve tried multiple times to play the game but it won’t work at all for me. I have tried playing on my Xbox 1 and Xbox 1X, which are both securely connected to extremely fast internet. When launching the game from a different profile than the one I already have progress on, it goes through no problem, but on my profile it just keeps crashing. I realize it's a really old title.

I can't for the life of me explain how everyone I race against in online play has only a driver rating of "1" (I'm currently at 14), has access to cars I don't have even with the limited edition, and magically sling shot past me at key points without explanation to shut me out of placing top three or outright wrecking me.

Again, I'm aware it's a stupid old title, but holy crap why would I even bother buying games if all I have to do is download a hacked version that EA will totally let me play online.

I saw on YouTube that EA created a release trailer for a new Need For Speed Carbon Unlimited then I tried to found the game. If they do make this game I got a view suggestions for the game like after you race the boss. After they defeat the boss you will win their car and they give a clue to where to find their hidden vehicle in their territory. In the original game there were four territories and think there should be a fifth territory where the fifth class of cars should be off-road vehicles. So the car classification goes like muscle, tuner, exotic, and there is off-road. This game should be a online and offline multiplayer game the career mode is a single player if you want play split-screen with your friends or family.

Black screen when trying to start the game

Manual Transmission Stuck In 3rd Gear

I've been scouring the forums for an answer to this...

I first used manual transmission for the drag events during chapter 3 when I found that the acceleration in manual transmission is almost like a stutter, on and off on and off, all by itself, with no input on the controller or keyboard. I also can't shift, I am stuck in 3rd gear no matter what I do. I've tried repairing files, I've tried disconnecting all input devices, and nothing is working. I can't progress with this issue. If anyone knows ANYTHING or has had a similar issue. PLEASE.

Also, EA, don't link me to another forum, I've seen them already and nothing has worked.

I can't find any solution to this issue anywhere. Whenever I try to launch the game, the screen is just black. Nothing happens. At times a window pops up telling me to close the game.

I've tried everything at this point: reinstalled the game through both CD and Origin, reinstalled the gpu drivers with clean install, tried compatibility modes - nothing worked.

I even restarted the download, downloaded other things in between attempts, the game starts the download ok and always stops at 98%.
Not even restarting the PC works.
ALL other games download and install ok.

Hi! I purchased the NFS Shift 2 Unleashed to play on a new Windows 10 64 Bit PC. My GPU is a MSI Gaming Radeon RX 570 256-bit 8GB.

When i run the game from the Origin platform, i can go through the intro or play around with the options. But as soon as i select,'Career' the game crashes and i return to the Origin home page.

All my other games work just fine. I already selected repairing the game but that did not fix anything.

I have been playing this game for a few months and so far it has been great, until today.

Whenever there is an event, I always try to login every few hours so I can use more event tickets. I often wake up at 2 or 3 am just to make sure I do not lose tickets. The Under Cover event is no exception but today i am really disappointed to fins out after maxing out the 4 stars loaned car, i cannot progress in the event anymore due to PR requirements. The only way to upgrade is to buy 10 blueprint at 800 gold.

Don't get me wrong, I understands that developers need to eat too and that is why I have been buying the daily gold packages, then sped them buying even tickets and parts. Those I think is fair, because I pay to cover for my lack of skills and luck. However, forcing players to buy blueprints to advance, on the 7th day, is just plain outrageous. You could at least put a warning "blueprint purchase is required to win", so we can decide early on whether we want to spend the efforts and the cash for it.

So, if the next events continue to be like that, I will stop buying gold altogether and just wait until I accumulate enough free gold before I join an event. I am sure many players with similar economic background with me, will do the same.

Make it fair, give an upfront warning, or lose paying players.

I wondering why you have the intro every time you go in to need for speed rivals I think everyone who plays it has heard it 1000times and you can not skip it. I think no body wants to hear it every time you go into the game😒

Just make a button so you can skip it or delete it if you have seen it one time and not a 100 times.

Hello, I completed all 7 Chapters of the Lunar New Year Event on an older mobile device. However when I logged back on another device, I am seeing as though I only completed up to day 6 and only 40 blueprints obtained to the Mclaren 600LT. I also used some gold due to running out of time in order to complete the event. Is there any way this can be fixed? I apologize if such a topic was already posted before. Just installed Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010. And after just two races. My game freezes up. Presumes to crash and then I get no signal to my monitor. Can’t do anything. Have to hard shut down every time. Not sure what to do here.

There is just no way to exit the decal editor. Once I enter I'm stuck in the screen permanently - I've tried every single button on my keyboard and Xbox One controller and none of them allow me to exit the editor, even after saving. I cannot even select another decal to edit. The only way to continue playing is to quit the game with alt + F4 and reconnect... not an ideal solution.

The specific screen I get stuck in is in the attached screenshot.

I was able to exit only once by pressing enter on a decal followed by some combination of buttons, but when I tried to do it again it seems like the enter key does not register because nothing happens. I'm open to the possibility that the issue is caused by the enter key not working.

Just bought the game. Started it for the first time. I press W to accelerate (and tried it with controller, pressed RT), the car is on full throttle, but the brakes are always activated.

Found another Thread on this forum from when the game was released, same exact problem: Link

Unmapped all keyboard keys and set all sensitivities to max except for brake sensitivity. Now i can drive up to about 60mph. But the brakes are still constantly activated, and the car brakes stronger when I input anything else, like when I look to the left or right the car brakes.

This is a 4 year old game, that had this issue since it was released, and the developers don't care?

What is this? How disappointing can a game developer and publisher be, that the game fundamentally doesn't work for a lot of people.

And then such a basic thing as input.

I think this is by far the most disappointed I ever was by a game.

Need for Speed is a joke. Origin is a joke. EA is a joke.

A few months ago, I bought NFS from disk d to disk c. The reason is that the disk c is actually ssd. I had to delete the game because there was no disk space. but I get such a warning when I want to reinstall the game
"Origin is not able to save games here because the folder is read-only. Please choose another folder"

On my own (main) account on PS4 it works just fine.

I have tried to enable everything in the parental control on the PS4, but I think the problem is in the game.

Strange when it has a PEGI 12 level.

NFS The Run keeps crashing

Just bought Need For Speed The Run and it crashes after I finish every race in Stage 7 - Chicago Approach.

I've tried:

- turning down the graphics

- repairing the game

- reinstalling the game on a different drive

The issue appears to occur most frequently on resource- intensive races, such as those with mob cars and helicopters.

The crash itself occurs with the game freezing momentarily then closing with no error message.
