This is coupled with a general noticeable input lag throughout all of the games we’ve played in last two days and it seems both teams are experiencing it based on sloppy ness of the game and feedback on reddit

My teammates are ghosts out for a public skate

Just wondering how to get my guys to play up to there stats and how the ratings system works. I just played a game where heavy hitters Chris Chelios couldn't knock down Martin St Louis who was vulnerable and standing still. Why my 95 Gretzky with a 99,96 shot can't hit the net and why my players when standing in perfect position can't intercept passes. All my guys are absolute ghosts on defense and people just walk right through them. I have great positioning, use the pole check very well and use the skating tools well but there are sometimes when my players legit look like they're skating through mud when I'm holding down the analog stick. Meanwhile his guys turn on a dime, skate unbelievably fast, take the puck away super easily, and passes go through 4 of my guys. Just wondering how I get my team to play like that. At first I thought it was my wifi and the lag of the game, now I have bell fine, perfect internet, brand new controller, plugged in to the PS4 and still my guys are always slower, can't turn on a dime, takes a while for them to take off, look like they're skating through mud and I get embarrassed. It's quite frustrating when you're a good player, with a really good team and yet my team can't figure out how to play the game of hockey... I mean this is a hockey game right?? They're just out for a public skate and can't play. Is there a bug fix I can input or some code that needs to be put in to have my guys play on the same level?? I know when it comes to ice tilt everyone at EA denies it but it's so real for almost every game! Kinda stupid if you ask me

Coaching and line chemistry in franchise mode?

My question is regarding the coaching and player preferences. I have logged extensive hours into coaching and line chemistry. But have yet to find a definitive Haha moment where it makes me say ok I get it. How does the coaches preference correlate to the green check yellow minus and red x and how does that correlate to +5 or -2. From what I found player type is involved in someway. But my real question is this example

Quick question, so I’ve received my collectible and everything for the GWC and on Faceit.com it says that the tournament has started but the 1st round doesn’t start till the 15th. Except when I go into the game it gives me the option to start playing my 25 matches. Are these practice or the real ones as I’m confused if it’s started or if it doesn’t start till the 15th.

NHL 20 Franchise mode questions

So not sure if this is the place to put this or not. But I started a franchise in NHL and created the Manchester Dragons and their affiliate the Dublin Gremlins. In the off season I was able to make changes to Manchester's jersey but not Dublin's. The same with the mascot happens.

One Player you can create for one account in HUT in 21

I enjoy Hut the most out of all the modes in NHL and I know they need to add to each mode fairly every year but I notice if you like one mode like most people you don't really have allot of time to play the other modes because your trying to excel at the one you been playing and put time into it so of course im partial to HUT mode more then any other on here so for one thing I like to see added for 21 is to let you have one player you can create for the one account and have him progress throughout the year by earning points for doing certain objectives but when you play a game with him you can have points subtracted if you lose with him in the lineup! but you can control what points are added and subtracted! kinda like what Madden added the last few years with there player progression but instead of a bunch of players just have only the one you can create when you create a HUT account so that way packs still matter!

What happend with this new update?

I cannot defend myself because i never become the defender between the puck carrier and the goal.
This update is more crazy than the others, when i after the drop usually become the player at the far end close to the board and nowhere close to puckcarrier.
I like to be a defender when they attack, but i also want to be the closest forward when i am chasing back to defend if i know i have a very fast player.

I hope ea look into this :-)

Plus his commentary is terrible. Instead of adding garbage to a game like Snoop Dog, try fixing the problems in the game. Like connection problems, removing goalies that leave the net. Can't any of you write code that can figure that out..

I’m not happy because this occurred during a replayed game and I had close the game and was given a loss for it and I cant replay it again. I lost 500 coins and squad battles points because of this.

Season Mode Trade Bug

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've encountered an issue where I'm unable to progress my season mode. In the season mode I play offline and have full roster control and update rosters as moves occur throughout the year. I'm basically 20 games in and go to "play next" game on the main screen and as the orange bar starts to progress it hangs and then starts making a sound and resets. Initially the issue seemed to occur upon moving Joey Keane from Hartford to Carolina for Julien Gauthier. Found a work around where I added another goalie to Carolina it seems to reset. Challenge is after the deadline it's resurfaced and extremely difficult to figure out where it emanates from. I also tried to "sim" the game/month and same issue. I've tried uninstalling/ reinstalling the game to no avail.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you go to "play" or "sim" next game the icon bar in the upper right will spin and then error out and make an odd sound (basically like a loud stuck sound) ultimately leading the game to shutdown and go back to the xbox one main screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to actually play, or sim the next game in the season.Other modes - 3s, play now, or franchise - work and progress fine so seems like an issue in the season mode specifically.

I've encountered an issue where I'm unable to progress my offline season mode. In the season mode I play offline and have full roster control and update rosters as moves occur throughout the year. As you can see from others the issue seems to be a scenario that triggers all lines to go empty (unclear what specifically will trigger). Initially I was able too figure out the issue seemed to occur upon moving Joey Keane from Hartford to Carolina for Julien Gauthier. Found a work around where I added another goalie to Carolina it somehow and was able to progress, but after the deadline same issue seems to have resurfaced and it's unclear what team it's surfaced from. I've spent close to 2+ hours trying to adjust each team involved in a move in the same manner as referenced earlier (adding a 3rd goalie), adjusting their roster to minimum of 18 and then swapping one player in the lineup to see if that would reset, etc. All to no avail.

As frustrating as this is all around, this issue looks to have initially been reported beginning in December (below).It's pretty incredible that after 25+ years of having the season option this is now not only a problem, but has taken the "team" close to 3 months to remediate? Do we have a timeline? If not, when do we expect to? This is quite frankly unacceptable. Let's try diverting a few resources from HUT. We all expect more from EA.

Ultimate Choice Pack probabilities

As known Ultimate Choice Packs provide the highest chance on getting good trade-able cards for HUT. Without using actual money i got to buy that pack a second time.

Best pick i got from those 2x tries was 1x OVR 84 player. Everything else was between 80-83. Taking to concern that there is total of 15 cards each pack to choose 10 from and the chance on getting +84 is 91% and I've bought the pack 2x so its 30 overall and 1 of them was 84 OVR.

Otherwise it wouldn't bother me that much but I've bought a lot of 50k - 75k choice packs from the game and every single one of those has been better than these 2x highest priced packs I bought.

I already asked for refund but that most likely isn't going to happen... Even that it would be nice.

Also when i talked on EA Chat and asked about it because the probabilities i got doesn't add up in any way possible even with bad luck it doesn't make sense. I got this information that I attached to this topic and now i'm wondering that how much does this actually effect the chances...

Ps. First time i wanted to buy the Ultimate Choice pack i sold almost half of my team on AH to get it. Sadly even the worst players i sold was better than the best player i got.

I hope we/ i get more sense into these packs to it would actually make sense to save for them but damn... EA is really giving me hard time to do something like that again.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not 100% sure but starting the game, going directly to HUT starting a game doesn't really feel to matter in which mode. At time when you have to "choose side" it seems that none of the buttons have any effect.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't do anything else than add extra players to your team or use xbox dashboard button. Can't get in the game or out from it you are stuck at the menu where you have to click your team to start "find game".
What do you expect to see? To get to game without the need of hard resetting the game.

Only way to get off when i'm stuck at the selection screen is to hard reset the game by going to Xbox dashboard and selecting other game then waiting for it to start and then going back to NHL2020. Most of the times this works and fixes the bug but 10% of the times this happen my solution won't fix it and might require more tries to hard reset the game. Even hard resetting the console doesn't always help fixing the issue like today when i tried to do daily HUT challenge. Such a thing has occurred before but normally when this bug happens hard resetting the game only once helps to solve it. It seems to only happen at the first time when you start the console if you've been playing HUT and already played games this bug won't come up its only the first game and doesn't matter which game mode on HUT.

Create A Team NHL 21

Is there any way to give the create a team feature a few bumps? For example: Adding Custom Logos that can be uploaded, playing vs friends online with a custom team, having a community roster vault where people can download rosters, etc. Just a few ideas for you guys it seems as if the create aspect of the game hasn't received much attention the last few copies. Personally I think NHL 20 is flawless, besides the creating features. Another thing I would like to see implemented is connected franchises so I could have a franchise, and a friend could have another one in the same league. Not expecting to see any of these things next year, just wanted to put them on someones radar for future consideration.

NHL 21 Suggestion - Warm Up Mode

Do you think EA would add a warm-up mode, such as some of the basketball games/fifa games in the past. This could serve as a beginning of the game mode, where players could skate around, even filter on or off the ice. This could be timed (ex. 10 minutes) or just when the player selects start. There could be fans surrounding the boards. I just feel this is such a simple thing that many people could find unique and interesting. I would be used and cool in any game mode.

Item didnt show up in inbox, declined trade and it accepted it

I bought an item for 25k and the item didnt show up in my inbox. Ea made me wait 3-4 days i had to call multiple time and they finally granted me the player but he was UNTRADEABLE. And wouldnt compensate the 25k that i spent! And before this happened i had a player on the auction house and got a trade offer and i declined it. I made sure i pressed decline but the game accpeted the offer! This all happened when the servers crashed. So that put me out 150k so all together i am out 175k and no compensation whatsoever after talking with them on the phone for more then an hour. What a JOKE! Anyone else have this happen or can tell me where to go from here?

What happens when the bug occurs? Look at his eyes when he is winkering. Whenever his eyelids are closed you can see his eyes through them though. It's a graphical bug.
What do you expect to see? When De Melo shuts his eyelids the eyes should be hidden.

I hope that you can correct this graphical bug in a next roster or game update. I could not find this graphical bug for another player. Dylan De Melo seems to be the only player this bug use to apply to. Thank EA for sorting out this little bug.

-Be a pro- He should be able to come out if the Europeans leagues, there should be a story mode part of it so your player feels like a real person in the game like him getting drafted and talking to the gm about trades and stuff, you should be able to get sponsors for your player from Bauer and other brands. make him able to play for his country and have an all star game it would make be a pro so much more fun also maybe incorporate be a pro and world of chel together

-Franchise mode- cup winning celebration should be changed a little bit it’s so repetitive, you should be able to raise a Stanley cup banner,

-jerseys- there are some of the coolest jerseys missing in the game the 90s Grey and red Sabre’s ones, the Atlanta thrashers jerseys should be part of the jets jersey options, every original 6 home and away jerseys, put in some failed team jerseys to a close organization like the Montreal maroons

Lagging & losing connection all week

Hello, for six days now i have been freezing in game in NHL 20 every minute or two or I completely lose connection. Also a few times in the last couple of days i could not connect to the ea servers whatsoever. I had a Rogers tech come to my house to assess and everything seemed fine. Throughout this problem, I can stream youtube & Netflix and use the internet without issue. Also, offline modes in NHL work fine as well. My ping is steady around 60, then jumps to the 100's. The problem persists in game even when I connect to the router with LAN. Sometimes I freeze when the ping is high but other times it seems i freeze when the ping is good. I am stuck on what to do. Any suggestions?

First of all before i start saying y they should add winter classics back and stadium series i would like to say that i apreciate all the work u guys do to make these game as best as you can. but can you please add winter classic and stadium series back please. i played nhl 13 on my sisters ps3 a few years ago. then in like nhl 15 they were gone.so can you please add them back i would really like that. like for franchise mode to do a stadium series u have to have owner mode on. and here is how i think it should work and what will make us the fans more happy if we play franchise and want a winter classic. so u start out with owner mode on. and during a season u can go to the owner and be like lets have a stadium series. and depending on how the team is doing that season is how he will decide. like if ur team is doing good the season u ask he will most likly accept it. and i think u get the point for a rebuilder team. if he says yes that means next season u will have a stadium series. to get ready for the stadium series u need to first choose who going to be the home team. after that u choose a football stadium or baseball. after that u make ur teams jersey, then u make the other teams jersey. then ur done. u submit it and the season generator thing will put the team u are playing against some were in january or febuary or december. and when u have a winter classic on the calender is has a special logo so that tells u this is a winter classic. and when u play it has special cut scenes that arent in the game if u polay in side and yea. so if i can please try adding this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any 3s eliminator tournament has become a complete joke, with players using Enforcers with nothing but offensive traits. This problem is ridiculous to the point in which 90% of gameplay will be spent on the ice due to the constant abuse of the body check. With that being said, the problem is not that the enforcers are used with offensive traits, the problem is the simple fact the the most minuscule amount of contact will throw any other style of player (ex. Dangler, Sniper, Two Way Forward) immediately to the ice. Being someone who understands hockey well, I know very well there is more than a large amount of contact and physicality. But this ya become so extreme that the game has become unbearable to play, and the majority of the game for your player will be spent on the ice. This problem should be fixed in any way to just support the use of other styles of play that move away from a constant need to body check and clear the ice of players in order to score.

I have thoroughly enjoyed NHL as a game, being a big fan of hockey. The game has always brought me much joy over the years and I continue to purchase the game because of its various game modes, gameplay, and overall quality of the game. But this gripe I have talked over has made the game unenjoyable to the point in which the fun fast paced game has been turned into a complete war of attrition in how much you try to stay on your skates and avoid being destroyed by a 6’7” enforcer defenseman that does nothing but hit the entire game and waste everyone’s time. The fast paced arcade style is very enjoyable until you run into this problem. I know I stand for a large portion of the community that plays this when I say, give us some sort of change so that we are able to play the game and not become overly frustrated with the constant and ridiculous amount of wasted hits that we receive in the game, that turns it into Madden. If I wanted to avoid being hit Every 15 seconds in an online match, Id play Madden 20. Please just give us players an inch or a little help so we can enjoy the game again.

Can’t play HUT Rivals, Lost Connection

I have recently started having this issue. I usually only play HUT Rivals so I haven’t tried to play any other game. But anyways, I attempt to start a HUT Rivals match, everything working fine, loads up to around 100% and then after maybe not even a minute on that loading screen, it looks as if I finally get into the game just for a second later the screen says “Lost Connection” “try again” or some ridiculous nonsense.

This is what I’ve tried so far in no particular order:

1. Restoring Licenses

2. Deleting Saved Data

3. Deleting and Reinstalling NHL 20

4. Checking my network connection (my network is fine and not the issue running on 20 ping)

5. Rebuilding PS4 Database

6. Checking to see if there was a system software update (which there wasn’t)

I also contacted EA Help and those are the answers they provided me with above.

So, I have no clue what’s going on. I would appreciate more suggestions. Thank you.

Season crash after trades

Playing season, about 50 games in. Tried to make trades to match nhl today. Some worked, then started getting errors about 'trade cannot be completed due to too many players' and ' trade would leave team with out 2 goalies.

However, neither is the case. Now I cannot even drop a player.

And WORST part is, goto play game, it buzzes and resets. Can't simulate game either.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read this as I am at my wits end. I recently purchased nhl 20 after last playing nhl 16 about 5 years ago. I was excited to get back into the game. Unfortunately after installing the game, I saw that I needed to sign into an "EA Account" to play online. No biggie until saw the associated email, hash tags being my actual email, ###@easports.com. which is not a real email address. I saw no options to change the ea email linked to my playstation. So I worked my way through the help desk chain...

I have exhausted all options. I have submitted several web forms, spoken to ea techs via chat and phone to no avail.

I get the same reply that they cannot verify I am the owner of the ea account, so they cannot reset the email or password.

I dont recall nhl 16 requiring this sign in and I have no way to get access to the email address linked to it psnid. If am understanding the situation correctly, I can never play nhl or any ea sports title online again via my playstation? I have researched the topic and it seems like others have run into this issue, and were not successful. They had to create a new playstation id and make a new ea account to that. Can anyone here provide some insight or maybe point me in the right direction. I realise I am probably screwed but I figured it was worth a shot.

One thing I like to see if possible is when your in the Hut menu and in your collection and your going to auction something it would be great if there was a way you could see what that card is going for on the market without exiting out and going to the browse menu in the auction house! like just hit a button and highlight the card and it shows all the cards on the market for that item! be so much faster and easier to sell stuff! also would like to see something put it in where it encourages you to make trades, like the person who makes the most trades for the week or month or day? get coins or packs or something? but just not any item would have to be something like value of the cards like you cant just put a contract card for a expensive player or contract to contract because people with farm accounts would exploit the system so make it so its only players that are a even trade for both sides, maybe going by value of the cards or in the ballpark figures for a card! cause I bet there is not much trading going on because everyone hordes there coins so bad and thinks its real money or something! lol.. its only a game so just have fun with it and they come out with a new one every fall and we all have to start from scratch again!

I’ve been disappointed countless times with being able to play as almost every male player on every male team, even the Western Hockey league, but no women players. What happens when the bug occurs? My teammate comes in for a line change leaving the opposing team either on a breakaway opportunity or an odd man rush. This happens nearly 50% of the time, it’s ruining my winning chances, decreasing my attributes, is not realistic that the dman comes into the bench while the opposing team possesses the puck, and is ruining my + -. This is a serious bug that is making playing be a pro as a defenseman impossible to play.
What do you expect to see? I don’t want to come on to the ice to a breakaway opportunity for the opposing team all because the defenseman made a terribly unrealistic line change. This is nhl 20 it shouldn’t be too hard to at least tweak the A.I to make line changes that are realistic, and not when the opposing team is crossing the blue line.

There is nothing for me to put in here, simply put, there’s a major bug with the defenseman making unrealistic line changes, making he a pro completely unplayable. I am coming on to the ice during an odd man rush simply because the defensemen don’t make realistic line changes. This is nhl 20 and to me it seems like these reoccurring issues are never fixed or patched.

After investing loads of both time and money I am hoping you could help me understand a few things:

with my team completely full of 99 across all skating stats: how is it that teams of far less strength and not even comparable with some even playing against base gold cards skate circles by me and can chase down pucks much faster than my players?

how is my 97 overall team who out shoots, has triple more puck possession time, wins more faceoffs and is leading in every other stat still get beat by base card teams?

if you say ice tilt doesnt exist then please help explain what it is as it is definitely something. Below is what I have as far as my setup/connection:

What happens when the bug occurs? Franchise mode won’t advance days, when trying to play a game it’ll just load in the background, but not the jerseys or the ability to ready up. Simming the games displays a yellow strip where the scoreboard is and the games doesn’t sim. All of these issues still have the music playing and the standings and scores still rotating if they’re supposed to be on screen.

I bought this game on Feb. 14th and when I got to play it Saturday morning it began having issues right away when I would try and sim past Oct 18th in game. I deleted all the saves for that franchise and made up a new one and it had the same issue. My third time (after deleting all the saves and restarting) I switched down to the AHL and was able to make it past Oct 18th while simming down there but now I’m stuck on Nov. 15th against the Bruins. It won’t let me play, sim, or go past the game in the calendar. I’ve tried hard resetting my Xbox, uninstalling, reinstalling the game, unplugging and waiting a couple hours. I even deleted my profile from my Xbox and put it back to see if that would work. I’ve been playing the NHL series since back on my PS2 and this is my first time having an issue like this for franchise mode. Hope I can get some help here. Thanks!

What happens when the bug occurs? About 4 days ago today, I purchased one of the current “trade deadline” packs worth 125k coins or 2500 nhl points. I ended up purchasing the points for a second of these packs the same day i got the first one, and since then I am receiving an error saying that the pack is no longer available for purchase and that I will be rerouted to the store. It is clearly posted on the pack that there is not a quantity limit and there are just over 11 days remaining on how long this pack will be available for purchase.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pack that I’ve purchased working properly and receiving what I’ve intended to receive.

I keep getting disconnected from NHL 20 Hockey Ultimate Team. It is saying i lose connection but I am able to get right back on as if nothing is wrong. It's gotten to the point I never know when it will go out i could play 3 games fine, then i just disconnect. I don't believe it's my internet but not sure any way someone could help i tried doing what tech support told me to and that did nothing. It is getting very frustrating not knowing when it will disconnect so any help would be great.

I lost 6 gold collectible cards to unfinished set

I was a bit lazy, but I checked how many gold collctible cards I have in NHL 20 by autofilling a set in an All Stars event (That was a sub set which was in the beginning of the event and didn't last to the end of the main event). I didn't receive my cards back, when the event ended. There is no where a warning that submitted cards gets destroyed if the set ends. And if you have submitted a gold player cards to "players for gold collectible set" they appears to the next event when the current event ends. Only information I found how to get cards destroyed is when you are going to complete the set and it says "if you complete this set items you have included will be destroyed" - so if you don't complete the set, your cards should not get destroyed.

Can’t Online chat Sony gold wireless

I have Sony gold wireless headphones. I can hear the game play sound when put on all Audi and can hear the microphone sound when I perform the mic test. However in online game play I cannot hear chat or talk back through the headphones. I’ve checked settings. I have no connectivity issues. I’m at a loss as to what to check next. When I see my opponent talk it looks like a small speaker and next to it a small symbol that looks like this “ø” ( slightly different but it’s in grey and then their psn name is next to that. I’ve muted and unmuted opponents with no difference in resulting sound although the visual difference is next to the little speaker there will be a small x instead of the ø.

the ø looks a lot like a “do not” symbol which I don’t understand. Has anyone had any issues like this before? Does this visual representation of the chat sound typical or familiar? And lastly how can you tell if your mic is transmitting, is there a symbol that shows you are talking?

1900 goalie masks

Major lag issue in EASHL when playing on the Virginia (US-EAST-1) servers

As the title says, I'm having major latency issue in EASHL when playing on the US-EAST-1 servers in Virginia.

The Central servers (Ohio?) are fine: I get a constant ~30ms ping

The Canada servers are perfect: ~6-8ms ping

The US East servers used to be fine, too ~18-22ms ping

All used to display a steady green line in the in-game ping meter

Except for about a month, whenever I'm connected to the US-EAST-1 servers in Virginia, my ping can vary a LOT during a game. It's become absolutely unplayable. Some games start at 30ms but shoot up to 120+ms. And it varies a lot,

Once again, this only happens on the Virginia servers! I always confirm with my teammates, and they don't all have the same issues. Hence, this appears to be a routing issue.

The issue is not on my end:

* Dedicated 1Gbit fiber optic FTTH connection

* No one else using the internet at the same time.

* Hard-wired gigabit ethernet to the xbox

* All ports correctly forwarded, NAT type = Open

* Super low latency on google.ca at the same time this is happening online

After capturing routing stats, it appears your peering partner zayo.com is having congestion issues??

Here's what I did to come to that conclusion. As the following image was captured, I simultaneously pinged google.ca and easo.ea.com (over a ~40 minute period)

* google.ca latency varies from 5 to 6ms

* easo.ea.com latency varies from 22 to 91ms

* in game latency meter during this timeframe showed 62 to 94ms

I also added UO Trace Utility and WinMRT screenshots below, as suggested here (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/)

Chl prospects

There is a problem with chl prospects in the franchise mode. Normally when a prospect from the chl has signed his entry level contract and turns 20 he sould be playing in the ahl but instead gets returned to his junior team. This seems to happen only when a player is born january or later.

Squad Battle playoffs

would enjoy seeing some kind of playoff format for squad battles where after you play 82 games in squad battles this mode would unlock for a playoff bonus round depending on your record or not where you could either play or skip but if you play you could get extra points and coins or packs and have a chance at winning a cup to brag about! you play 4 games now anyway so this would work well I think and of course keep the same format where you decide what difficulty for the round so if you choose rookie you have to play all games on rookie until the round is done then if you win that round then you can change to a the higher difficulty if you like but like it is now the higher difficulty the better points coins and packs! also there would be no replay for the games so if you lose the game it counts towards the series and you lose the series your out until the next 82 games you play! and you could keep like it is now where you have the one week to get this special round done so there is no confusion with the rewards! Squad battles are fun now but I think this would be even more fun and something to look forward to every 82 games you play and something more to unlock!

If ea sports doesn't fix the tripping * in this game this will be the last year i buy this game. I've bought nhl from 2005-2020 and the last two seasons are * garbage. Clearly none of them know hockey, in real hockey you can poke check, just cause you touch their skates doesn't mean it's gonna be a trip. I absolutely hate this game now and it has been my favorite for a long time. Fix or i'm sure i won't be the only person that never buys your garbage again

The camera focus switches from focusing on my player (as it should) to the puck instead thus I cannot see or focus on my player when the puck is on a different part of the ice and it causes me to be out of position constantly. My team loses every time this happens.
What do you expect to see? I expect my player to be the focus at all times and not have it switch to the puck in different periods.

season mode for HUT

wish you could play some kind of season mode with your Hut team, don't have time to play all the modes like seasons or what not so I just play Hut cause find it exciting opening packs and enjoy selling and buying players! don't play much online either but enjoy this years squad battles but wish there was more thought process then just getting the best players with the highest ratings I know that's the idea especially for online competitive seasons but be a little more fun to me anyway if salary cap was a factor or players who match better with other players kind like chemistry between certain players, make coaches matter, suspensions for illegal hits, coaches challenges, creating your own jersey's and logo's, or arena, and goalie masks, rivalry games, playoffs, winning cup, creating your own cups, for your own tournaments stuff like this!, if you guys could some how mix season mode with Hut or create and extra mode combining Hut and seasons would be awesome I think! with the PS5 and New Xbox systems coming out later this year they should be able to make modes like this or even better with the power I hear those new systems will have!

The game freezes during the loading of the game. I was using many different roosters and was changing from one to another very often

Nhl 20 Franchise freezing

I've been playing this game everyday and now for some reason it's unplayable. In franchise mode it will go into a endless loading loop. It happens after a game, editing lines, literally doing anything. The only way to remedy it is by closing the game. But say I'm editing my lines and the loading loop happens, if I close the game, restart it, and go back to editing the lines it will literally do it again. I need a fix now as I love this game game. Dissapointment with EA Support

I have been an avid support of NHL games and EA games so i was rather dissapointed when in error i deleted my HUT thinking i was deleting my lines to make new lines for some the new players i had gotten. I reached out to the support team and was told "you deleted the team, not EA" and not offered any sort of options.
