It does could commenting on AWD car drifting as they are the only cars that respond as they should in regards to your stick commands. Every other car is just utter chaos and the live tune settings you put on to make getting three stars possible make no sense and would not be how you would tune a drift car. Mix matching parts is stupid across the board if it’s a drift part it should actually do what it says not completed make car act like your driving on ice and your going extreme 90 degree to opposite 90 degree drift completely through a course that’s not what is was in previous games. 2015 NFS drifting events and engine should not have been tweeked touched changed nothing ghost are morons and deserved to have * fired hope they sit unemployed forever.

No that’s not the answer he asked for. But it really goes back to NFS 2015. There was in. I way shape or form any drifting related should have been changed or taken out of any future NFS games. The Drift events were the best out of any NFS title, you could drift against players, multiple players, still had the single events if you wanted, you had the king of the mountain speedlist to see who was best at each event a goal to try to push for top spot. Then they go down to one type of event a completely stupid design call Ghost should never have been around to make Heat should have been ousted right then and there. You don’t step backwards when your making franchise game and they did so in every aspect from 2015 to Payback. Smaller map less events a story so pathetic you had to mute speech remove subtitles and just ignored screen until it was time to just drive it was that puss poor of a story (heats’ no better). No story thank you since designers are morons about it, just a career mode thank you, 24 hr clock no picking night and that’s bloody * that guy who decided on that fire him blackball him from industry he is an idiot. 24 hour clock day races are legit with no traffic no cops point scoring in an association of racers, But when in free drive there’s still free roam cops acting like cops should 24-7 speed by they chase. When sun goes down Cops still the same but then there’s the underground race scene where you race against traffic and cops during events. If you get busted at anytime not just a fine that car impounded, length determined by level chase ends in and how much of fine your getting 24-48-72-96hrs or which game had you lose your after three strikes to it within a short amount of time? Like that. There is no need for no scooby doo queer * storyline like they’ve carried from Payback to Heat. Hopefully Criterion goes back to the better drifting, not this guessing game of which mix match parts will make your chosen car actually drift. The only cars that respond as they should to your stick commands are the AWD cars everything else is utter chaos and a fight it’s impossible to have a perfect drift line your in the grass drifting and scoring too easily is pathetic this game made it to production but hey they had there legacy sales guaranteed and that’s all they cared about. Not a single car person on the entire NFS development team for sure cause they all are complete morons to put crap out on shelves like these past two games. Glad there * got fired they deserved it. Sit unemployed ghost losers you ruined dam game for far too many years.

It has been long time since i start playing the game. I have download in my mobile phone the heat studio app. I log in and then it tells me that i haven't veryfied my account, while i enter in the website of the game, and it show me that i have already verify the account. Can someone give me an advise about that?? Will this affect the app in the phone?? I mean i won't be able to use the cars that i make how i like.

I've had this problem for over 2-3 months now , i've tried everything and it still crashes , I've tried to disconnect my steering wheel which my pc reads as a gamepad and it makes the game start and im able to play for about 5 minutes and then it crashes again.It's really frustrating when you buy a game full price at launch and it works a couple weeks and then doesnt work for months without no fix from the developers...

I would like to experience the story again with a different character. Am I able to replay just the story missions without having to use another save game? I don't want to lose the cars or rep that I've gained. Especially since I sunk about 5 hours in to grind for the Ferrari FXX-K. I do not want to lose that car.

Why does an Aston MARTIN DB11 have a forged Nissan 3.8 L Engine. Please do this, as a final hurrah if need be, I love this game and this change would mean the world to me and so many of your players. PLEASE. Make all engine have a forged variant available for their source bodies. This means Forged 5.2 L V12 for DB11 and DB11 Volante, forged V6 3.8 L for Nissan GTR, Nissan GTR Nismo. Can we have a level system whereby you hit level 50 then you can get a rebirth level 1 and a badge at side of your name and get put back to level 0 then we have to level to 50 again and then receive rebirth stage 2 with a different badge and so on this way the people who have got everything in the game done 100% of everything and are finding it abit hard to stick with need for speed it will give us something to do especially if the rebirth stages go very high each rebirth stage give something small nothing to over the top things like special underglow or wheels or something that isn't going to over power the cars. Issue: not awarded completion Rewards for 100% district completion

Attempted fixes:Completing a heat 3 race, completing a heat 3 and 5 race, driving to a different garage, both of these done online and offline. Restarted application multiple times, restarted ps4 multiple times. contacting EA help desk that just referred me to the forums to post my issue and let the community managers address it. grouping up and completing an event online.

Missing content: Rainbow nitrous, black tire smoke, and the happy and you know it horn

Confirmation of completion: I have the trophy awarded for completion as well as the 488 car unlocked. If i do an activity occasionally it will state in the top right that i have 100% of what ever that activity is.

This issue is driving me to not want to play the game and up to this point i has so far enjoyed it.

I am pleading with you to help me fix this as im am increasingly gaining frustration and the only thing i do is try a "different" fix for this every time i get on, get frustrated and get off.

Paid for the McLaren F1 & lost it🥺

On my account and on my PS4 system, I purchase the McLaren F1 Black Market Delivery, paid $4.99 plus tax and it kept telling me I needed to purchase it and that it was ready for installation but the add-on was already installed..? To my knowledge. And I know how to check and double check to see if something was installed. So I went into my brother's PS4 system and singed into my account and played the game and my car showed up, no problem, (I've attached a photo of it saying I got the car) so I saved all my data to the online storage of my account to then go back to my PS4 system to download everything from the online storage to my system and when I went to play the game it worked my car showed up and I was happy but then I got the message saying I lost ownership of my McLaren... But I paid for it so why is it gone? And when will I get it back? Why does it tell me I need to install the package? When I've already installed it and paid for it? Why am I able to use the car on my brother's PSR but not mind and why does the car door up on my PS4 but says "CAN'T EXIT THE GARAGE WITH THIS CAR. TO USE THIS CAR YOU MUST OWN McLaren F1 Black Market Delivery"? (Attached 2 photos of it saying I can't use the car and lost ownership)

Same problem on PS4, i even got platinum on the game and i lost count of how many times I completed chases and still nothing.

1 mil trophy bugged too, did 1mil and 10k, when i got back home it said i have 995k! Have it on video.

And the new event 2nd to last challenge on mclaren u need to win gazelle at full hp. It was failing for me and worked with lower hp.

I've been experiencing the same issue. I saw the other threads and am completely lost still.

I've been playing this game since release and even got to play the latest version and unlocked the Volante, but now suddenly the game is constantly crashing and refuses to run. I really wanna play the game again but I'm at my wit's end as to how this issue is even able to be solved. I've tried every solution given, fresh install, anti virus off, driver update, pc reboots, everything but I'm still getting ctd's.

I wanna keep playing this game, I really enjoy it, but the fact this has no solid answer on how to correct this besides leave a crash dump and cross your fingers you get a response seen isn't helpful at all.

I can't even upload a crash dump here this support forum is a joke

Just fix the rubberbanding of the police cars please , and the busting mechanic is also broken please look into this issue as it ruins the game, for example im getting busted while driving AWAY from the cops at 100 km per hour, please make it so that they have to box you in to a stop to bust you , the last time i dod not even see a meter build up and i was busted out of nowhere , very frustrating , this should be adressed as soon as possible.

What do you expect to see? A balanced police force in the game that makes it challenging but fair

hey, saw you in game last night, didn't get a chance to race you.
I try my best to race clean and really appreciate it when others do the same. but dirty racing has been a part of the Need for Speed from the get go. most NFS games give you bonus points for taking out an opponent(dirty driving).
yes I would like dirty driving to be punished with damage to slow them down, which would curb this problem. maybe

Yep, and that's just one example of needing settings for gears. The Lan evo, Viper especially, P1, Ford GT, and many more cars have at least one or 2 bad gear settings.

Giving us the option to set the gears will at least fix the shifting issues for all of the cars, which IMO is a huge problem in this game.

I am having the same problem with contract 2 place top 3 one the 3 selected night events while below heat level 3. I’ve done each race twice and even finished a race with even getting heat level one and still no challenge complete 😡😡

I can agree but at the same time if ur over 10 mph but ur wheels spinnning then ur not actually going over 10. Your wheels are but you are not. Happens a lot.... I try to do as little night racing till i get me a AWD vehicle.... Me i got deluxe version so i start with a Mitsubishi Lancer X but slow in beginning so i still do 1 race and go back to garage till i get it faster bc u almost cant lose them if ur slow.

All this empty space? I see a start to the housing and roads on the corners. Can we get an explination on whether there will be a map expansion? Maybe the return of Canyon races/duels? I know im not the only one that is thinking thats a lot of space that we can scroll over for absolutely nothing being out there!

The 3.5 V6 is better engine for RSR. The 3.6 has lower power whereas the 3.5s is 7.4 and it’s upper powerband is better meaning If you hold off nos till past 3 or 4 gear there effect is much greater and add using nitro duration and a spread out field off cars in front of you then you’ll see for yourself. As for other stats the 3.6 adds nothing to 0-60 torque or hp but is only 233 top speed the 3.5v6s is 234 and my quickest speedway time is 1:23 and never above 1.28 unless someone gets a licking shove on me but most don’t see me till I out front.

Just like playing basketball in the streets, expect dirty play! Its STREET racing not Nascar! Although i do agree, it all comes down to levels of respect. Which honestly is determined by a few things: Age of player (kids nowadays dont know what respect is), Skill behind the wheel, and the difference between your car and theirs in performance.

Chances of playing Dirty (*not 100% true*)

Poorly disciplined kids/adults = most likely

Highly disciplined kids/adults = less likely

Poor driving skills = most likely (if they even keep up)

Highly skilled = less likely (truly skilled dont need to play dirty, you probably will lose them after first lap)

Younger players = Not enough NFS experience (possibility they havent played a NFS before payback)

Older players = We got experience as early as the OG "The Need For Speed" release in 1994

Lower the perfomance = definitely will play dirty bc thats the only way they gonna keep up

Higher performance = kinda dirty playing if you got the fastest car in the mix. (especially if your using fastest car in game and maxed, while others are just using their favorites)

*****This is not 100% true!!! This is just the likeliness of dirty play. Thats all!*****

Summarize your bug I completed all the collectibles and however upon unlocking the Ferrari Pista (alos unlocked the origin achievement for completing all) I did not receive if youre happy and you know it horn, rainbow nitrous and black tire smoke. Origin - PC

Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? Heat 3 then Heat 5 night race
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After collecting all the collectibles and it doesnt show in your customization. Restarting the game didnt fixed it and also winning high heat races didnt solve the problem for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to receive rewards / not showing in customization tab.
What do you expect to see? To receive rewards and see the if youre happy and you know it horn, rainbow nitrous and black tire smoke in my customization tab.

Edit: for the mclaren bug i did a work around. I decided to remove a part run the race then go full hp and do it but it completed on low hp!!! The challenge stated full hp and i was 35 lower! Any way this on the side I can’t get the other one to work and I’m 1 trophy away from platinum

I wouldn't hold my breath, as even the AI is programmed to drive dirty in this game. This is one of the main reasons that I let everybody pass me at the start of the race in multiplayer, because quite frankly, I could careless about being the first to cross the finish line, so I let the ones who 'just gotta win' go first.

Went from rep 36 to 46 last night and When i got on today its taken me back down to level 9. Im on hold with EA right now. This is such *, all my trophies are there and my crew rank is the same and all the rep points are even There. If they cant recover my data they are going to at least going to give me all add ons and a * ton of in game currency

Yes i agree actually, High Stakes was my favorute NFS game. But i prefer the pc version of it same with Hot Pursuit 1, and rest of the old NFS games too be honest hehe.

Correction,HP2 PC/GC version since car in pic is a street version CLK GTR.HS had F1GTR/F1GTR LT and race version CLK GTR which was reused in HP2-PS2 to replace PC/GC version street CLK GTR

Follow the law mission not working

Ive just gotten to the ‘follow the law’ mission and i keep failing for absolutely no reason. I tried stopping at the yellow caution light where ana says to stop here. I do and once the cop tosses the keys (idfk how ana eyes are that good to see that bs lmao) the screen goes to failed mission. I watched a few youtube vids on it and the cop just pulls off and the mission continues. I totally need so help. I hate not finishing missions so this gets my ocd going lol. Please comment back on if this is a me issue or a game/ea issue. Ive also seen a few gamers complain about the same issue too.

Dirty Driving

Their should be a slight penalty to online dirty driving IMO. As it stands now the aggressor barely takes a scratch to speed while the defender generally goes flying. The aggressor Acting like a 911 porsche and ignoring all physics. This really only happens when the opposing player realizes they are not a better driver

I dont mind fighting for a position. I normally play 1st person so I dont try to be dirty (IMO best way to play) I am a fair player. I highly enjoy a clean race vs high competition. Really brings the competition out in me. But I have rarely found that.

I think it should be as much risk as it is reward for dirty driving. As it stand now a slight nudge sends people flying usually. While the other barely drops in speed or in need of travel correction

But i suggest a NFS thats kinda more realistic. As in you design a character and it starts you out walking into a used car dealership. Your first car is some old cheap junker. Start out small time and work you way up the ranks, the day night thing is cool and all but try making it a actual real time rotation. Like every 30 mins or every hour it will start to dim and the sun will fall and the moon will rise. No more wraps library. Make people design thier own cars and make them unique. Also make it similar to Forza in racing against others. A car ranking system based off the performance upgrades on the car. If you dont have the qualified rank then you cant enter the said race. If your over ranked the same applies... Try to keep the racers as close as possible in stats to keep the races fair. Leaving earing money completely up to your driving skills not up to how much faster your car is then the AIs that u put in game. Just an idea.

Neh it went downhill after Hot Pursuit 2, speceficly from 2003. Because Underground 1 was allready in development, when they finished Hp2. I remember i had teaservideo from underground, that i got with Hp2 when i got that game. So basicly Black Box had this plan early too destroy NFS cannonball, wich the series got famous for.

if you ask me i would say that Online racing has been a, wrong thing when it comes too NFS. I grewed up with NFS when we had split screen MP, online back then existed but it was better then todays. Since you could actually host lobbys with friends and randoms, today its server based so its only public sessions. Like in most shooting games, i think we should go back too more basic online. And mayby split screen too as long as EA ditch open world for track racing again.

Ah yeah that was the time, when we had Lambo Diablo SV Ferrari F50 Maclaren F1 Mercedes Benz CLK GTR. Im actually surprised that Top Gear never testdrived that Merc, since Jeremy Clarkson is a huge Mercedes fan. Anyway NFS lost its identity after it went, from illegal supercar racing on tracks. Too illegal street racing with tuning and that silly, just because Black Box was a huge fan of the FF movies.
