Were you able to get in touch with an Advisor via Live-Chat or Phone? They should be able to take care of this for you in short time. I've seen players submit bug reports which sends it to the Dev team and you won't get a response, so I want to make sure that wasn't done in case you selected that category (it states you won't get a response but some players miss that text)

As close to the circle on a shot is complete BS I have come to find out. I decided to test it in a 3 point contest. I've tried hitting the shots from the different areas, then intentionally held the button down into the red, hit a quick as possible shot way below the target box when shooting, and I got pretty much the same results each game as to timing shots perfectly.

3 to 4 garuenteed misses every single time, and an overall score gaurenteed to win the event every time.

The shooting percentage is all that seems to matter. But garunteed to miss 3 to 4 shots, so no one can ever nail every shot for the perfect score. Is this a skill game or a rail game?

Also.... I just got done playing against Boston in the 3rd or 4th bonus event of campaign #4. Boston where ranked 68. All players where red elites, and no one player with a rating higher than 84.

Yet they where bombing threes with a 101% 3-point rating on the PG and SG I beleive it was. One of their other players had a 99% dunk rating. I found it easy to steal the ball from them and dominate the game, but I find it baffling that such low ranking players on a low ranked team have 101% anything, let alone any shot% over 90.

On a follow-up note tho, the Knicks and Housten teams in the MM seem to have been updated to show the opposing players actually are 90+ players now. The overall team is still a low rating tho.

I have those settings already and my phone is clean and has plenty of space. I use the built in cleaner, CCcleaner and Es file cleaner regularly.

If for the AI the gameplay closely never generates misses in the same situations, than yes. It is all about, that the AI and the human should have the same chances to make points. Now what's happening?

I hardly defend on the AI, I am on the AI's face, the AI drops in tightly guarded situations, and the AI drops points in 99%.

The AI slightly defend on me or very far from me, I drop in an open situations, and the gameplay generates misses in 30%. Sometimes 4-5 misses in a row.

Don't say, that you don't see, what is the problem with the gameplay.

Today I had a league game: 1s quarter against the same over team, 2nd quarter against the 1 over lower team.

1. quarter: 4 open look misses. The match ended 6:6

2. quarter: 5 open look misses. The match ended 8:9

2 quarters 9 open look misses!!!! To whom it is good? Admin to whom? And it is not about, that I am good or bad. The previous 2 quarters, that I played against 1 over higher team and against the same over team I won 28-6 (+22) with the same tactic!

These things I will never understand, why it is good to EA.

It was always a big problem for EA, that they can't make competitive the AI against the human in a fair way. If AI had the same shooting%, as the human, most of the quarters will be 18-0 to human. The AI would never drop a point, if the gameplay would handle the AI and the human in the same way. And i think, it will not be solved in the future. The EA will always use "dirty tools" to make AI "competitive" against the human. And for that reason most of the users will never pay for this game. There are too many unfair things in the world, nobody will pay for a +1 "unfair thing."

Hi, I also had the exact same issue. Bought two packs in the store, got a 93 Teague and a 93 Exum. Had enough trending tokens to complete the set, and got a 93 Exum there as well.

Thanks for coming to the forums to post a bug. Can you screenshot me the specific set in game that's causing this to happen and have you tried any troubleshooting so far to see if you could fix it, like restarting your device, the app, or reinstalling the app?

I don't see any other reports about this and our staff hasn't received any, so it could be a rare circumstance only affecting you or file related in which a fresh reinstall could fix.

If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

We're not aware of any issues at the moment with missing coins from auctions so this could be account based in which they'll need to speak with you to get this fixed. We'll keep an eye out for more reports but I just want to make sure there isn't any confusion on where this needs to be directed to get it fixed. Do you have a lot of space left on your memory? I'd try increasing performance by doing the following:

Make sure all apps are closed down before launching the game
Toggle WiFi off and back on
Go to Device Management and try deleting unnecessary files
Go to Settings inside NBA Live Mobile and under Preferences turn OFF Moments and put your camera to Pressbox
Disable bluetooth on your phone

Have you both reached out to Apple Support to see if they're able to address this from their side? If you were charged but the purchase history shows it failed, they should be able to refund that as the purchase goes through the payment methods you have linked to your Apple account.

Unfortunately there are many teams in the first 100 positions that are used to have a lot of hoppers. For instance Turkish slap!!! (rank nr 6) have most of the same players of another team TURKS ( rank nr 30) because members hopp continuously. It doesn't matter where I shoot from. I know what you're saying, but that's not the issue. It's like once the team's rated over 95 overall, lesser teams play like they're ranked higher than mine and have an advantage. They can't be defended and hit every shot, hitting shots and the display thing shows they're only like a 68% 3-point shooter on contact shots, yet my guys with 95+ can't hit an open uncontested shot.

I even have some players ranked 99 or higher on 3s using the +3 giving players, but they don't go in. I'm sure the AI has been incorrectly programmed giving the opposing teams an unfair advantage.

It also occurs when going against teams with higher overalls. I'm ranked 96 or 97, and I go up against someone in the showdowns who is ranked +1 on me, and it's like they have a +50 advantage and can't miss from anywhere and just dominate.

It's also happening during the MM matches. The opposing team is only an overall of 70. Mine is 96. Yet they can constantly kick my * 4 or 5 games before I can beat them. It's like if I can't get a steal or block and specifically get Ewing or Olajuwan to make most of the baskets to catch up, the other team run all over me like they're ranked over 100 and won't miss a 3 point shot no matter how hard I play D against them.

I'm not sure if it's something that's been implemented into the game recently, or it's because I've gotten my team upgraded past 95, but I used to just be able to relax and play and have fun, now it's becoming quite irritating and frustrating trying to get past what should be a breeze if it's a team's rated over 90 vs those in the 60s and 70s playing like they're 110.

Plus trying to drive used to be very simple, double tap the button, spin around and no one can stop you driving the lane for the dunk, but now it's like the AI gets in your way like a brick wall and won't allow you to do it. Tho it could've had something to do with the fact I was doing that with Magic Johnson and have since replaced him with a higher rated Gary Payton and Spud Webb, but even the latest Penny Hardaway cops it too. It just seems really off that these supposed lower ranked teams have the ability to cut everything off like that.

If you're playing on WiFi do you have an option to switch your connection to either a 5.0ghz or 2.4ghz channel? I was experiencing some lag in mobile games but when I switched to the other channel it really helped. Make sure all other apps are closed down while you're playing too that way your phone is playing at a higher performance level.

For those 3 point shots it helps if you don't have the ball completely inside the circle. Depending on whether you're performing a fadeway type of shot, try having the ball slightly outside of the circle on the bottom or top.

Would love to see some more steals myself, as well as rebounds from the offensive team.

Hope you have some better games moving forward though, I can sense the frustration from your post. What game modes do you normally play?

Had just pressed the "play" button for the bonus blitz event on the current promo campaign on NBA Live Mobile.. You know, the one where you make thousands and thousands of cartridges and is probably the most valuable asset in the entire campaign? Yea, that one. As soon as i pressed play the entire app froze, eventually crashed, and when i was able to get it back up, POOF! Bonus Blitz Token was gone! I never got to play i, but the token was gone. Keep in mind that at this point, my lineup has an 85% cartridge boost, so i missed out on damn near 10k worth of carts. I dont want to be compensated any carts or anything, however it seems entirely unfair that i lose out on a huge item because you guys reruse to fix a bug thats been around all season. I really think its reasonable of me to ask to be reimbursed for that token. I earned it. I need it.

Still does it to me too. However at least now if you get 1 steal and 1 block, you complete the objective. Where as before this update you had to get 2 steals or 2 blocks, one of each didn't count.

What the hell is with the difficulty of the AI now?

Gameplay used to be fair, but now it's just infuratingly irritating.

My team is overall above 95. But if I play a team that's a 65, with nothing but red elite players, they play like they are rated 101.

I'm so sick of my guys with above 95 3-point ability missing open perfectly timed shots, while annoying AI controlled mid 80 level guys like Derrick Rose and Lebron James take a contested 3-point shot with 2 to 3 of my guys trying to block it, and what do you know... swish.. EVERY time. 🤨

Not to mention even players I have with 99 rated steals cannot steal the ball from those AI controlled lower rated elites to save their lives. 😡

It seems the higher a players rated, the more useless they are to use.

Just to make you pay attention EA, this means no one is going to pay you money to buy high rated players or chances to obtain them if they're not worth buying in the first place other than to have a high number displayed on its player icon that is a false rating, and that will hit you where it hurt$ most. So get on it EA $port$

Arena absolutely sucks. Everytime I try to play, the first issue is it doesn't find an opponent. It takes randomly anywhere between 5 to 50 goes before it finds someone.

When I do finally get in, the gameplay is sluggish. It jolts around making in nearly impossible to make a timed correct shot.

I'm absolutely sick of the pass button not working at least once or twice a game when inbounding the ball. I either get a inbound clock violation or the inbounder eventually throws the ball in and all the way down to the other end of the court sending it out of bounds.

The sluggish timing also affects trying to steal, block, rebound... hell, virtually everything.

Is it like this for everyone or is because I'm in Australia EA just doesn't care?

i keep getting shaq shards even though i maxed him out at 99 overall...i just wanted to know if the extra shaq shards save up for the next upgrade..cause i longer see how much shards i have for superstar shaq as you can see the picture i posted or does the extra shards go to waste..cause im working hard to get those shards and I don't want to do this if they dont save up

If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

Because even i take off OOP Holiday from my Sharpshooter and sell him
Game still freezing because he is still in lineup when I sold him - he is in line of started season game

I am having the same problem. With the lockdown events, it says get 2 blocks/steals OR WIN. If I win (but don't get 2 blocks/steals), the event registers as a LOSS. This happens every time, and has happened with every "OR WIN" Lockdown event in the past. Fix it please.

I want to add something for the real-team lineup, bcs i think what people really like is something to connect with real life. Therefore, the real-team lineup can be also designed according to the real nba-season game schedule and could be long qtrs with 4 qtrs to play against the real opponent team in the real life.

hi i’ve been trying to play season mode for the past 3 days and it hasn’t been working i keep getting stuck on the warming up loading screen and it does not seem to progress at all even after 10 minutes. Everything else works fine except season i think it has to do with one of the players Holiday i’ve tried every troubleshoot such as deleting and all that and reinstalling but nothing works can you guys fix this pleaseeee

For the past 3 days I have had this problem. As a result I didn’t get the 10 dunk and the mascot from the last high flyers event and some monthly master tokens. I have tried everything but this problem cannot be solved by the players. It is probably a bug and you need to fix it ASAP. If you could send me the dunk tokens I couldn’t get I would really appreciate it.
