I lost them both, but the second bid was charged twice and now I'm missing my 2 million coins... I had 7,6 million coins and now I have 5,6... this is totally unacceptable because it's the 3rd time that happens to me and I pay lots of money for this game, working hard for it... please give my coins back...

Unacceptable

Had just pressed the "play" button for the bonus blitz event on the current promo campaign on NBA Live Mobile.. You know, the one where you make thousands and thousands of cartridges and is probably the most valuable asset in the entire campaign? Yea, that one. As soon as i pressed play the entire app froze, eventually crashed, and when i was able to get it back up, POOF! Bonus Blitz Token was gone! I never got to play i, but the token was gone. Keep in mind that at this point, my lineup has an 85% cartridge boost, so i missed out on damn near 10k worth of carts. I dont want to be compensated any carts or anything, however it seems entirely unfair that i lose out on a huge item because you guys reruse to fix a bug thats been around all season. I really think its reasonable of me to ask to be reimbursed for that token. I earned it. I need it.

Make the AI difficulty fair again.

What the hell is with the difficulty of the AI now?

Gameplay used to be fair, but now it's just infuratingly irritating.

My team is overall above 95. But if I play a team that's a 65, with nothing but red elite players, they play like they are rated 101.

I'm so sick of my guys with above 95 3-point ability missing open perfectly timed shots, while annoying AI controlled mid 80 level guys like Derrick Rose and Lebron James take a contested 3-point shot with 2 to 3 of my guys trying to block it, and what do you know... swish.. EVERY time. 🤨

Not to mention even players I have with 99 rated steals cannot steal the ball from those AI controlled lower rated elites to save their lives. 😡

It seems the higher a players rated, the more useless they are to use.

Just to make you pay attention EA, this means no one is going to pay you money to buy high rated players or chances to obtain them if they're not worth buying in the first place other than to have a high number displayed on its player icon that is a false rating, and that will hit you where it hurt$ most. So get on it EA $port$

Arena sucks

Arena absolutely sucks. Everytime I try to play, the first issue is it doesn't find an opponent. It takes randomly anywhere between 5 to 50 goes before it finds someone.

When I do finally get in, the gameplay is sluggish. It jolts around making in nearly impossible to make a timed correct shot.

I'm absolutely sick of the pass button not working at least once or twice a game when inbounding the ball. I either get a inbound clock violation or the inbounder eventually throws the ball in and all the way down to the other end of the court sending it out of bounds.

The sluggish timing also affects trying to steal, block, rebound... hell, virtually everything.

Is it like this for everyone or is because I'm in Australia EA just doesn't care?

Season game not loading

Season game stuck on the loading screen

This never happened to me before, when I started a season game around 2 days ago, the game just wouldn't load, I tried reinstalling and rebooting my iPhone, still no luck. I think this is because of a player (94 OVR PF Holiday Out-Of-Position player), as this happened the first time I added this player to my lineup, or it might just be a massive coincidence. I also tested a showdown game WITHOUT the player I mentioned, and the game started and went well, however when I started a game WITH the player I mentioned, the game got stuck on the loading screen and then it automatically abandoned and i lost it without even starting. Like I said before, I think this is because of the player, as this NEVER happened to me before, but then again it just might be a huge coincidence.

Stuck on "Warming Up"

Small league changes needed

Hi Friends,

In terms of league settings, there is one thing I know from the beginning that people make 2 or 3 leagues for promo rewards and tournaments winning stamina and league monthly grinding stamina. It is not that big problem for me comparing to the cheaters in the LVL. But I still want this thing getting controlled a bit if it is possible.

For example :1. The future promo achievements from the league can only be obtained once no matter change of league or not. It should be subject to the accounts not for the leagues. 2. Quit leagues cool-down, I would suggest a cool-down time to join another league no matter being kicked or quitting by oneself. It could be 12 hours or 24 hours.

It is very disgusting to see the cheaters in the top leagues creating 3 leagues in top 10 and jump back and forth to get all rewards by cheating and jumping. I dont hate jumpers at all but I hate really the Cheaters and jumpers are the same ones. That's why I make this feedback.

After approximately 35-40 purchases:

70% 89 Over PG

20% 92 Over C

10% 93 Over PF

I think, something was really not ok in the formula in this event and I hope, the EA see it and feel it. Maybe it could be a more clear communication, if you say: this purchase will give you a 89 Over PG, 92 Over C and 93 Over PF and every user could have calculated with it during the event.

BTW, I liked this event, so thank you, just that part of the event was a bit "annyoying" and not really "clear".

Hello,

Will the gameplay be changed in the future? I mean, will the EA change the algorythm, that if the opponent's OVER is higher, then it is guaranteed minimum 3 misses / quarters (no matter, that it is 3 point, midrange shot, dunk or lay-up) and the computer drops in everthing, no matter, that I am on his face? Or the EA will continue to develope the events, and the gameplay will stay absolutely inessential? Will the human = computer, I mean the computer will have the same shooting %-s, as the human, or the gameplay will always give benefit to computer, and the computer will stay as a robot, who drops in everything, no matter, from where and from what position was the shot?

I know, that these questions were asked several times, but who knows, maybe the EA once will pay attention to these things to make the game better. So far, I haven't really experienced that the EA was interested to change the gameplay in a fair direction.

Hi Friends,

1st thing I will suggest the MVP of the quarter info, bcs i saw it in Chinese server last year. After PVP or LVL or SD quarter, it will be great to see who is the mvp of the quarter and even it can be from opponent lineup, bcs it promotes great cards or new cards to everyone.

2nd thing, in leauge ranking or in league members battle better reward and better design plis, with any of useful reward is welcome.

3rd thing. Real TEAM lineup for PVP or SD or LVL: it will be great to have a real team lineup. For example. I choose lakers. I get all lakers members in the real team lineup, then we can grind for something or nothing, can be trained or can be just follow the default stats moving with overall curve. Now it is great to have 3 or 4 lineups but everyone is making the lineups in his own way then it makes no sense to choose which team you like or you want to use the team icon.

Hi lads,

Since today my season mode is crashing whenever i tap on "play" button. I was currently having season game in progress and about to start 4th quarter.

I believe issue is caused as i still used lineup from previous promo (lineup and promo expired - the promo is one before END ZONE)

Already went through troubleshooting tips. cache/reinstall/reboot etc, but seems like nothing helps

Hi Friends,

First Arena is very strange that we cant switch auto-defense. It is a known issue for sure but i would like to say it again bcs it affects my AD superstar ability too much. lol. LIke really too much.

Second Arena now with 3 mins is very good. But i would still say it is better to have limited access for each day with more rewards.

Third Arena is a perfect idea for me and the best fun ever since this season. Team of feints, team of Santa, team of elves... they are just perfect ideas. Maybe later we can also get team of Animals or mascots.

BUT, you know, I dont like the difference of rules in SD and LVL and PVP. Mostly about the 5s and 8s, and back court violation, we should get them all in all SD PVP LVL qtrs played. The same as the time of SD and LVL. I dont like 2 mins in LVL and 2:30 in SD and 3 mins in PVP. 2 standards are ok like short quarter and long quarter, but 3 standards just are too much and strange for me.

Whats more, greedily speaking, the PVP pts and rewards are low which makes it really harder and harder to enjoy the time we spent. People will be very very happy that we can get more from PVP tournaments. even 1st Arena from 50 to 75 and 2nd Arena from 200 to 250 pvp points are really appreciated.

Last but not least, from all aspects I can say that we need more rewards of superstar shards from everywhere. And a ranking of PVP is needed as well and a PVP lineup is also welcome. It is for sure better to see a ranking with some rewards in PVP for me than a ranking of unlimited playing AI in SD. That's another reason why I would prefer all pvp Arena with limited access. Bcs I also like a ranking in PVP to show more and to give credits to the good players as well.

I am having error messages for last 2 weeks on arena premium. Error message stops my game play everytime i am winning the game. Then matches me up with a higher ovr team that plays full game and wins costing me stamina and losing 2 games straight. Plus shot meter needs to be fixed on 3 pointers that i normally make.

Makes the game not fun to play. Can you guys please fix this bug

i don't know EA thinks about curry and Thompson but EA has them to a point where they dont miss their shots... c'mon EA seriously..there are much better players than curry and Thompson and you keep making curry the best in nba live mobile still...another thing curry is not the 3pt shooter anymore watch the game for once and you will see...cause its ridiculously stupid how you guys have curry making mostly all his shots 98% of his shots goes in..he's not a GOD OK!!! same goes for Thompson he not that great either so i think its time for ea to stop picking favorites and make this an equal gaming not just curry and Thompson!!!
