3.- Borra el contenido de la carpeta C:/ProgramData/Origin EXCEPTO la carpeta LocalContent

¿La casilla de \"Usar un servidor proxy para la LAN\" la tenías activada o ya estaba desactivada? ¿Qué Windows tienes?
Ok, vamos a ver si lo que bloquea es el antivirus. Para ello, cierra Origin primero y después desactíva el antivirus temporalmente. Cómo hacerlo depende del que tú tengas. Aquí explican cómo hacerlo en los más habituales.
Una vez desactivado, inicia Origin e intenta iniciar sesión. Cuando termines la prueba no olvides volver a activar el antivirus.
Otro posible bloqueante podría ser el Firewall de Windows. Dale a Inicio > Panel de control y arriba a la derecha pon ver por iconos. Busca el Firewall de Windows entre las opciones y haz click en él. Se te abrirá la configuración del firewall. A la izquierda tienes una columna, y en ella \"Permitir una aplicación o característica a través de Firewall de Windows\".
En la nueva pantalla, arriba tienes \"Cambiar la configuración\", dale. Después mira abajo \"Permitir otra aplicación\". Te saldrá una nueva ventanita con una lista de los programas que tienes instalados. Busca Origin y agrégalo. Busca también Los Sims 4, ya que estamos.
Reinicia el ordenador y vuelve a intentar iniciar sesión en Origin.

Tengo windows 7 y el servidor proxy para la Lan ya la tenía desactivada des del principio. He desactivado el antivirus e intentado iniciar sesión y sigue sin funcionar. Me dice lo mismo: \"debes estar conectada\". Después he hecho lo que me has dicho, \"permitir otra aplicación en el Firewall de Windows\", pero Origin ya estaba agregado. No se si es normal pero me salen 3 Origins en la lista, y 2 de ellos no me los deja quitar. Los Sims 4 sí que no estaba y lo he agregado y he reiniciado el ordenador y sigue sin ir... Deberá de ser algún problema con mi internet si no me deja de repetir eso. Pero yo uso internet perfectamente...

\nDeberas activar la opción para ver carpetas y/o ficheros ocultos
\nBusca la carpeta Programdata, y dentro de esa carpeta busca la carpeta llamada ORIGIN
\nElimina la carpeta Origin y luego intenta ejecutar Origin nuevamente.
\nDesinstala Origin
\ndescarga Argente Registry Cleaner AQUI
\nusa ese programa para limpiar el registro de windows
\nreinicia la pc
\nejecuta el instalador de Origin en modo administrador
\n\nadicionalmente
\nActualiza windows con windows update , desactiva temporalmente el firewall de windows y/o antivirus si lo tuvieras.
