If your generators have been frozen for 12+ hours, let’s try a few basic steps that EA recommends for clearing up freezing issues in HTML5 games. These can help rule out anything local getting in the way:
- Close your browser completely, along with any other programs — HTML5 games use a fair bit of memory, and extra tabs/apps can get in the way.
- Reopen your browser and go straight to pogo.com — make sure only Pogo is open.
- Clear your browser cache (search for “clear cache + [your browser name]” if you’re unsure how).
- Disable pop-up blockers or browser extensions — these can sometimes interfere with game scripts.
- Avoid Internet Explorer 11 or Safari, as they’re not fully supported.
- If you're still running into issues, try a different browser entirely (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge — fully updated).
