- Reset the password to the original email on the EA account and log back into any EA site using those login credentials.
- If these steps do not work, a new EA account is created with the original email or an email other than the one on the EA account.
- Contact live support. They will locate the account and have a process to get this account info updated.
If you cannot access the email on file or if the password reset did not resolve the issue, you must contact live support by clicking Contact Us on any help.ea.com page to start a new case. Please first delete all cache and browser history from the browser(s) you usually use.
- Select the EA App
- Please select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
