Not letting me go to the next match

So recently I have noticed whenever I try go to my next match after two days of simming the game crashes with the error code of CE- 34878-0 the game works perfectly fine in my Notts county save which I’m 11 seasons into and my Kaiserslautern save which I’m in the first season but not for my Sunderland save I’m in the 3rd season. I’ve never experienced this before and have tried uninstalling the game and re installing but nothing works
