Lost online connection after age verification
My son has not been able to play online for over a week now. I have tried all the different help tips such as network connection check, restarts etc but nothing works. I can connect from his Xbox under my profile. When I select reconnect under his profile it asks for an age verification. When I select “start verification” in the game it just goes to the “you have lost your online connection” screen. I am assuming it is something to do with the age verification given I do not have same issue. Anyone can help?
