Same thing happened to me. The #750 pred on Xbox ended at 14.4K and I had 14,744 for the second split. Hit pred the first split as well but the game says I ended the second split as masters but there’s no way. I was #624 a minute before the season ended. I see that this has been a problem for many seasons and still no fix. Please fix this
Hey, I also was given master ranked rewards and it demoted me to master even after I finished I finished WELL within pred (#444 PC) and had already got pred rewards (it removed my pred rewards to replace it with master). I sent a support ticket with like 7 different screenshots as evidence, but is there anything else I could/should do to help you guys fix this bug for everyone?
I finished in the TOP 665 and they gave me the master rewards, when they deactivated the rankeds I looked again and in the season 12 leaderboards it showed me that I was still PRED.
I enter the game right now and I find that I am MASTER
I don't have screenshots, but I'm guessing Respawn has the saved leaderboards from the 2nd xbox split
I also had this problem on Xbox. I finished at 14846 in split 2 and didn’t get my predator rewards.
I was also predator split 1 (I got reward for this) but now I have missed out on the animated badge. I’m genuinely devastated as I worked so hard for this. Especially in split 1 with the crazy rp.
I’ve heard this has happened to a lot of people, even imperial Hal I think!

Hi , Im a pro player since season 1 , who spend alot of time and money on apex legends
I got preadtor on both split in season 14 , and i only got the rewards for the first split .. the second split it’s bugged and you gave me master badge !!! I spend months and alot of time and hard work i didnt sleep in some nights to hold my position and you know apex legends its a competitive game need hard work to get on top 700 players and i only worked to get the animated badge for both split and i only got one static badge!! Im not ordering so much i just need my badge please fix this issue manually i know alot of people had this issue but im thinking to quit the game because of that my all hard work will be gone for a little bug !
Issue: Got Master rewards after hitting pred with 14,800. This happened in the second split of season 12 and still don’t have a solution just like other people and my friends, I suppose

For some reason my Predator rank and reward for the end of the season last split was bugged, I should have an animated badge but instead it shows my badge non-animated, as if I made it to the Predator rank for one split only. My rank for Split 1 in Season 12 is correct but for the second split it shows I ended Masters...which is wrong because I ended Predator before the Season ended. I provided screenshots for proof.

Hello, I finished top 600 on Xbox with 14886 rp on Xbox and didn’t receive my badge.I am very upset please fix this asap.
Same thing happened to me. The #750 pred on Xbox ended at 14.4K and I had 14,744 for the second split. Hit pred the first split as well but the game says I ended the second split as masters but there’s no way. I was #624 a minute before the season ended. I see that this has been a problem for many seasons and still no fix. Please fix this
Hey, I also was given master ranked rewards and it demoted me to master even after I finished I finished WELL within pred (#444 PC) and had already got pred rewards (it removed my pred rewards to replace it with master). I sent a support ticket with like 7 different screenshots as evidence, but is there anything else I could/should do to help you guys fix this bug for everyone?
I finished in the TOP 665 and they gave me the master rewards, when they deactivated the rankeds I looked again and in the season 12 leaderboards it showed me that I was still PRED.
I enter the game right now and I find that I am MASTER
I don't have screenshots, but I'm guessing Respawn has the saved leaderboards from the 2nd xbox split
I also had this problem on Xbox. I finished at 14846 in split 2 and didn’t get my predator rewards.
I was also predator split 1 (I got reward for this) but now I have missed out on the animated badge. I’m genuinely devastated as I worked so hard for this. Especially in split 1 with the crazy rp.
I’ve heard this has happened to a lot of people, even imperial Hal I think!

Hi , Im a pro player since season 1 , who spend alot of time and money on apex legends
I got preadtor on both split in season 14 , and i only got the rewards for the first split .. the second split it’s bugged and you gave me master badge !!! I spend months and alot of time and hard work i didnt sleep in some nights to hold my position and you know apex legends its a competitive game need hard work to get on top 700 players and i only worked to get the animated badge for both split and i only got one static badge!! Im not ordering so much i just need my badge please fix this issue manually i know alot of people had this issue but im thinking to quit the game because of that my all hard work will be gone for a little bug !

I’m still missing my pred badge from season 3 although I have the trail and charm. Contacted multiple time but no help or conclusion has been reached
