problem with my ea linked psn acc with apex legends but not with fifa 19 ea acc

i cant connect my ea account wit my apex legends even though i hav my psn acc linked with ea. i can play fifa 19 with my ea acc but i cannot play apex, it says that i have no account pls help

I am completely locked out of Apex, have about 12 bucks in credit on my account that I was looking forward to using on the new season. It goes to a blank grey page after I go to log in and that's it. Nothing I have done has fixed my account, reset my password twice and still nothing; feels like I've been robbed.

If you're still having trouble logging in after resetting the password I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

If you've been playing Apex Legends it should already be linked up with an EA Account. Are you playing on a different platform than you were before?
