i have a problem with EA play.

I don't have my EA play reward, i have EA play with gamepass it's been over a month and i still not have my apex legend charm reward. I have try to contact the support but they literally can't do nothing, they say i don't have proof but they don't let me send nothing so how i let them see that i have EA play when they don't let me send proof? i will add some screenshot here.

The Ranger charm is called "Big Dog" in Apex Legends. Can you log into the game and see if you have the "Big Dog" charm?

This charm has a different name in-game and sounds like it was there under this different name the whole time. I'm sorry for the confusion.
