I have tried to email several times about my account being disabled on psn for EA games when I get email from you its in India not US, why do you force people to send email and have no option to do live chat? Have not played EA games online since ps2 and I've been account disabled since trying to play a game on my psn that I have never even played before.

Can you give me some more details? What happens when you try to play? I'm not seeing any issues with your account so it shouldn't be disabled.

My psn Id is Grim_Harbringer, when I try to play says Your account has been disabled Your account has been permanently blocked from this product due to a violation of EA's terms of service. If you wish to continue using this product, you must register a new account. This appears on all of the EA games I try to play online except titanfall 2. I have never played any of these games online before.
