Why was i banned

Hey, so i just downloaded Apex Legends again after taking a long break..

Only to when i join a game it tells me that i'm banned for no reason

Now without getting myself all angry and such..

I decided to look it up..

And i all i can find it staff team that doesn't even care enough for their fans, to actually look into the stuff..

This kind of stuff shouldn't even happen, i'm very displeased

Also bc i have used money on that game

Now i write all of this, so someone out there that got the same issue, knows that they aren't alone

Hi @MGxBURN,

Your thread title asks the question, "Why was I banned". I'm afraid we won't know this from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc. 

This article may also help shed some light on what might have resulted in a ban as it touches on the rules and Apex: "Play by the rules in Apex Legends".

I have checked everywhere, there is litterally no Email

I have also checked on your website, and it says that "U have no ban History" in the Ban History
