Unban Request

Hi, My account was banned on apex for cheating as it says, I do not know how or when I was cheating because I barely have played the game and now recently want to get back in after playing on my other account with nothing, I really do enjoy the game and do not know how or why I was banned and what I did to be banned and If you could consider unbanning me I have cleared my files not know what I used to cheat and how I did in the first place. Please consider it.

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts. You will need to reach out to them to have this looked into, it may take some time to see a response so be sure to keep an eye on your email.

@pyhzxy It said I was banned from online features it doesn't show that I have any bans in my Ban history
