Stuck on loading screen on STEAM

I bought new PC and I installed game on STEAM and when I launch it's stuck on loading screen (infinite circle). But i tried on origin and it works just fine, my steam is linked to origin. My question is can you help me with this to play game on STEAM?

Try turning off Steam overlay/in game and try again. @djixmeister

@EA_Atic It didn't help. I even left the pc on all night and when I woke up it was still spinning just a circle. I don't understand that it works on Origin and not on Steam, this is the first time I've experienced something like this and I don't know what the problem is.

@EA_Atic Yes, issue is still here. Maybe season 10 will change something, I don't know anymore. It's just stupid that works fine on Origin but on Steam just a screen loading..

Can you try a new windows account with Admin rights and see if that helps. @djixmeister
