About a month ago. I've bought key of "STAR WARS: SQUADRONS" from CDKeys. I had redeemed it and everything work fine. I've installed it, play it for a bit. but I have too much work so I can't play it for a while. and Today I just realize that "It's just missing from my library.". And just to be sure I've checked in "Hidden Game" but it's not there. So I launched the game and It said "You have to own this game in order to play this game.". It doesn't make sense. Just a month ago I still playing it. So I don't know when it's missing and why it happened.
Does anyone know how this happened or how this can be resolved?
Thanks

@Sarabunari Same problem here. I think we bought the illegal (or unauthorized) codes from cdkeys.com and EA disabled those product from our account.

I don't think we've got much of a chance here.
I bought my key from Eneba at the start of October - I activated it and it worked great. I later found out that Amazon's 'Prime Gaming' had been giving away keys as part of their monthly freebies - I guess people had been reselling these keys. I'm a Prime member so I could have claimed a key - no great loss as the key I bought was cheap.
I fired up Origin after a couple of weeks (can't remember how long exactly) and the game had been removed! I'd missed out on claiming my key from Amazon at that point as well! Slightly annoyed.
I've contacted Eneba who after asking for extensive proof now require me to get the exact time and date that the key was activated. I've just contact EA Help who couldn't give me that information (fair enough - company line I guess).
I've sent the chat transcript to Eneba and we'll see what happens.

I have this problem too. If I search in my Library, it's actually there but grayed out and says "Unavailable". If I click on the ellipses "..." underneath the game logo it ungrays outs and then I can select "Launch". But it doesn't launch because of Easy Anti Cheat.
I notice that despite sending money to Epic, I can't call for support. So I no longer purchase games via Epic. Steam purchasing is much less prone to problems. Lesson Learned. I'm currently trying to get a refund for the game.

I had this happen to me too, and I worry for the other key I bought.
If this is how EA is dealing with it, then I know now NOT TO BUY ANY GAME IN SUPPORT OF ORIGIN.
Look, I get EA wants their cut, but seriously, to come in and yank games out because we dared save some money is pretty lame.
So if EA wants my money moving forward, then either sell me the key for the same price as before and leave my account alone moving forward, or never get a dime from me again.
