My apex legends account doesn't know why it was banned.

My account got banned and the reason stated was that I was hacking. I've never hacked or cheated in Apex Legends so I don't know where EA is getting this information that my account was cheating. I also do not know if my account was breached or not because I never received a notification or alert saying that someone was trying to access my account. Additionally, I don't know why EA lets you log into the game still and then tells you that you were banned while you're trying to queue for a game. I ended up buying Apex Coins only to realize that I was banned afterward while trying to queue for a game. Does anyone know if other accounts have previously gotten falsely banned and the success chance of getting unbanned? I've spent a decent amount of money on this game already and don't want to make a new account.
