Hi, after the season 8 update i've been getting horrible lag when switching game mode also the loading time is way longer. I've tried everything if you know about this please help

Yeah I've been having this problem for months now. But I didn't think anyone else was having this issue. Every time I launch apex, I get the worst frames and audio cuts for about 30 seconds. I also get lag when switching game modes. I've gotten used to it now, but it would be great if I could have a solution to this problem.
