In-game low fps

I get constant 100+ fps in lobby and loading screen but as soon as i enter the game fps drops to 40-50 range and the screen shutters.

my hardware specs :

cpu: intel i 5 9th gen

gpu: nvidia gtx 1660 ti

ram: 16gb

product : acer predator helios 300 2019 edition.

the cpu gpu usage is in normal range .

i got this bug since installing the recent season update

Hey, @u_guys_Suuck  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

@u_guys_Suuck Could you confirm what your graphic settings is on the game and if you have anything running in the background such as discord, anti-virus or any other 3rd party software.

Aspects ratio : 16:9 native 

Resolution : 1920 x 1080 

Fov : 110

Vsync disabled 

Anti aliasing tsaa 

Texture budget : 3 gb vram 

Rest of all the settings to the lowest possible .

I did a clean boot and now it's working smooth but I don't understand what was the issue cuz with all the apps running in the background the game was smooth untill the last update .

@EA_Atic I did clean install my os and now it's working good
