I refunded in game currency

Ok so I refunded some apex coins because i needed the money no my account is locked and I don’t know how long for and it’s kinda frustrating because you guys don’t have an instant chat or you don’t say how long the ban is like come on

I think you need to contact EA customer service about this. Also I think i remember hearing or reading somewhere that credit card charge backs are against the Terms of Service for in game purchases like coins etc. violation of the ToS can lead to account bans or closures. 

I really hope you get this sorted out and your account re-opened.
