Guys, are there any recently banned players? My account was blocked last night, but I don't know why, I didn't use the cheating software, nor malicious use of the game BUG, and I also made a recharge a few days ago, and then it was blocked inexplicably.
I sent an email to the customer service, but I haven't received a reply yet.
I'd like to ask you what's going on here, have you ever seen this before, and is there any way to do it?

a quick question.
You bought something in Apex, coins etc and then decided you did not want that and had your credit card charges reversed/refunded?
If your answer is yes to the above question I would suggest you re-read the Terms of Sales and the Terms of Service agreements again.
From what I understand performing a charge back on your own is against both of the above terms and can lead to adverse actions being taken against your account,

EA sent me an email saying that I had violated Protocol 6, which means they suspected me of using cheating software or malicious use of game bugs, but I didn't do anything to damage the game environment, so I sent an email to EA and am waiting for their reply
