Banned for cheating when i wasn't?

Hi,today when i wanted to start a match in apex i got kicked to the main screen with a caption saying that im blocked.Its weird cuz i was playing like 5-7 hours ago and even bought some coins,sent a ticket to the support and after doing so i checked my mail,noticed there was a message from EA saying that my account is permamently blocked for cheating when i wasn't,is there a way for EA to check logs or something? i really don't want to lose the account,especially when it wasn't my fault.Is there a chance somebody hacked to my account? Would be much obliged for help and tips for how to deal with this situation..
